We booked one apartment at basement and one attic apartment. Both rooms are comfortable and spacious for family! The host even prepare the board games and books for the kids. The apartment is just opposite the fantastic view of grindelwald! we love it so much! it just less than 1 mins walk to bus station and less than 10 mins walk to Grindelwald terminal.

We need to move our luggage up to the attic room by using staircase.

Easy access to the lifts at Terminal, the train station and the buses to town. Very clean and roomy living area. Plenty of space for 5 adults. Great Bathroom.

The Pillows were a problem for all of us and we would really have appreciated some Mugs.

Breathingtaking view from the accomodation of the mountains. Location near Grindelwald Terminal is ideal for going up to Jungfrau and Mannelichen. Place was clean, access to basic kitchen facilities (we bought our own cooking oil though). Checking in and out was easy and host was very responsive. One night the wifi wasn't working well and after informing the host, she sent someone to check and rectify the issue the next day. Overall we highly recommend staying here.

Not a major issue at all, but perhaps host can consider putting up insect nets at the windows, and this can enable guests to open up the windows to air out thr place after cooking without having to deal with insects.

Everything very well communicated by host

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, well equipped good internet, car park. TV had many channels including English language ones. Location is a short walk to lifts or one stop on the bus if feeling tired. Bus also goes to the other First system.

A suggestion is to put a tray inside the shower for soaps and shampoos. Also some channels like BBC and CNN were working sometimes, more reliable in the evening, mornings were more flaky
