The villa is gorgeous, a perfectly curated space to get away and enjoy Hilton Head. Location is perfect for walking to shops, beach, or food on Coligny. Clear communication and instructions with the owner made the stay even more relaxing. Staying at the villa is an absolute must wether this is your first time to Hilton Head or your 100th.

A very good spot for a couple who wants to beach walk, bike, dine out or in, shop, and tour around the area. Also a good spot to work remotely since there is a separate private area upstairs.

My husband and I have stayed at this property twice now. Both times were amazing start to finish. The place itself is just a jewel. Comfortable, very updated, and immaculate. The location is phenomenal… just steps away from Coligny Beach. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Bec we toured a lot, I would have liked to have enjoyed the beach more. Ima wannabe beachcomber. We did relax at Tybee Beach leaving Ft Pulaski. This property was clean, elegantly decorated, well stocked,if you chose to cook. Location was perfect for dining, shopping and beach. It was welcoming to hear the children/families a the playground across the street,too. Also the 2 concerts we could have enjoyed, just sitting on either of the 2 balconies,but we toted our chairs/blanket and joined the crowd for one of them. Good repeat property. Mgmt response time was great. We only had 2 questions, closet(no closet space), and kitchen trash(behind the door,only had to give it a nudge).too excited to, read the manual provided.

We stayed here last year and a couple of times before. All was excellent again. The unit is in easy walking distance to dining, shopping, and the beach. It’s a good size for a couple and for remote working. Communication with owners is very easy.

Great location for walking to shopping and dining or going one block up and across the street to the beach. Easy, attentive communication from owners. A tip for beach sitters: Renting an umbrella and chairs for the whole stay is convenient since they are set up for you each day. One service is shorebeach.com.

My husband and I stayed at this property, and we loved it! Incredibly clean and well taken care of. All kitchen supplies were there, which made packing food easier. We loved it, and will return!

Vans place is everything you want when you are wanting to get away. All the amenities, spacious, very clean and close to all that HHI has to offer. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay on the Island. Thanks Van 👍👍

L'Auvent met our expectations, and then went above and beyond them! What a perfect and beautiful place to stay, and in a super convenient location. We have found our new little slice of heaven! The villa was exceptionally clean and very well appointed in all areas. The bed was extremely comfortable, with nice quality linens and towels, and lovely soaps and bath products provided. Excellent lighting and variety of lighting choices in all rooms. Although we did not do any cooking during our stay, the kitchen had everything needed to do so. The double balconies were a nice added bonus and we enjoyed them both. The beach is a casual stroll of 5-7 minutes away (very easy walk). I was without a car during the day while my husband was away on business, but this was not a problem at all. Along with the beach, shopping, restaurants, and other necessities are all within a short walk from the villa. The host was extremely responsive, even to a last minute request. The informational packet that is provided after booking is very helpful and thorough. Overall this was a wonderful stay for my husband and I. We are so thrilled that we found L'Auvent. We can’t wait to come back for our next stay on Hilton Head!

Everything about this villa was great from booking through checkout. Walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. We were in town for the RBC Heritage and rode our rental bikes daily to the tournament. Such a beautiful area and the villa was in an ideal location. Would gladly stay here again!

Our stay was better than I could have ever imagined. From the welcome card and bottle of wine, to the cleanliness of the entire villa. It was a so a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Very easy to coordinate and great communication with Van (owner) start to finish Great location overlooking the park and a few hundred yards to the beach Rented bikes to ride, but especially enjoyed a long ride down the beach. All conveniences within walking distance if desired. I would recommend this rental to any interested parties

Home away from home, all the comforts of home! Plus a great location, nice view over the new park, easy stroll to the beach and shops, restaurants and a grocery store with the best seafood market around. This renovation was very well designed, used every space perfectly. A great getaway for two, but would work well for a small family with the adjoining room’s day bed.
