Room was very spacious and everything worked. The furnishings were all clean and in good repair and there were all of the nice conveniences such as refrigerator, microwave, iron and coffee bar. And check in was very good.
It would be nice if things like the vending machines and ice machine were more centrally located rather than clear at the opposite end of the hallway. The facility while clean and in good repair needs updating into lighter colors; current decor is very much the darker 1970's colors.

Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable size room. Clean. Bed was comfortable (pillows not so much)
Toilet wasn’t working well. Property has signs of wear and tear.

Staff was pleasant despite the fact that rooms weren’t all cleaned. A guest canceled due to arriving to an uncleaned room but the staff person was very apologetic and handled the situation well.
Outdated hotel. Very overpriced for what you got. Breakfast was awful. Hotel is in need of a major overhaul. No paper towels in women’s restroom. One toilet was out of order. Women’s restroom was filthy.

it was ok from the road and lobby was ok but when you got to the hallways and looked back outside, it was dismal. The people around us were sketchy. I thought my car would end up stolen
Everything, rather dirty, outdated. I went to use facilities. Toilet was so low to ground that I felt like I was sitting on the floor. we had a door leading to the outside that didn’t close well and only had a chain. The other renters were scarey.

the room's bathroom wasn't working that good too forever to get hot water out of the sink toilet wasn't working right had to hold the handle down until it completely flush chain came off the handle couldn't flush i didn't want to put my hand in it to find it the shower knob was stuck couldn't push it down for the water to come out of the fauset into the bath tub phone didn't work we connected the jacket but still didn't work

It was a great value for the location
It's an older building that likely hasn't seen a serious facelift in a while, but the location is good, it was quiet, the staff was fine, and for the cost it was a great value

we were scheduled to arrive , the room they had us in was not clean beds were not made and it was a mess. we did get a different room fat from the breakfast area, my mother is in a walker and needs assistance

Nothing. We were not even able to check in because there were literally no workers on site and national phone line wouldn’t pick up. Had to leave and go elsewhere.

. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The staff was pretty bad. There was never anyone at the front desk. One that finally did show up was unhelpful and rude.
They have a coin laundry but you have to walk 2 miles to get change to use it unless you happen to be carrying 4.00 in quarters.
Also when I checked in the room hadn't been cleaned! It turns out that happened more than once that day.

Breakfast was very good with good choices but the coffee tasted kinda week
On arrival ….the clerk was away from the desk for such a long time that I went looking for her as other patrons were coming in and gettting annoyed. Not knowing the situation…. I was just concerned for her safety and was annoyed that there was no other help besides the one clerk….especially on a Friday night ☹️☹️ The clerk was very apologetic and courteous to the other patrons and me

The Roku remote. Not familiar with that system and no directions. A/c did not cool to expectancy.
