This is an incredible property from the resident chickens and roosters to heated pool and proximity to everything. Loved all the water activities.

This house is amazing! It has a ton of space - we were able to fit 3 families very comfortably. 4 out of the 5 rooms have king beds (except for the kids room, which has twin beds). The kitchen is big and modern. It has two wine fridges and two dishwashers. We cooked in it multiple nights and had plenty of space. One of the best parts about this house is the private beach area and dock! It comes with a canoe and paddle boards, which kept our kids busy all week. There were chairs and tables outside, but we weren’t able to use them at night because of the mosquitos. There are multiple bikes in the shed, which we rode in the mornings up to Kaibo for coffee and breakfast. All of the amenities were an added bonus. We highly recommend this house!

Our family of 10 spent an entire week at this Villa and were 100% satisfied with the house, location, kitchen, pool and management. Barbara was great and helped us with a couple very minor issues with the house. She even drove about 1 hour to deliver us batteries for a beeping smoke detector. The house location is probably the best on the island situated on the quiet, pristine bioluminescent bay. You can see and paddle board or kayak to the open ocean, but are protected from stronger ocean winds. The house is very luxurius, and well equiped. Each bedroom having a private bathroom is a huge plus. There is also a bathroom in the poolhouse when you are on the beach or at the pool. We cooked most of our meals and the kichen is excellent and very well equiped. We did not find a single flaw with this house or location. This part of the island is quiet and beautiful, very different vibe from 7 mile beach. We much preferred rum point over the hustle and bustle of 7 mile. If we came back we would 100% stay in this house.

Beautiful home that offered comfort, luxury, relaxation accommodating 10 family members with ease. Home is spotless, pool was a must and bikes, baffle boards were all well used . The were no mosquitoes or other bugs to contend with, but for a flip flop crab thief. We love our vacation and will be back. Luminescence In our little bay was beautiful, used the paddle boards to go and look!

This house was perfect! Everything matched the photos and description accurately (or was even better). House is located in a very secluded and quiet neighborhood. Barbara was our point of contact during our stay and was very quick to respond to our one request (there was no iron in the house when we first looked for it, but she had one brought to the house within hours of me making her aware). Pool was great (awnings over part of pool provided shade in part of pool throughout the day) and there was a kayak plus several paddle boards to use in the bay directly from the private beach! My wife said this was the nicest VRBO that we have ever rented. Highly recommend!

The house is well appointed and looks out to a partially shaded pool. It could not have been more comfortable both inside and out. Plenty of snorkeling and paddle boards/kayak to keep everyone entertained. The dock made a fun place to sit and watch the boats (and bioluminescent patrons) go by.We will be back to Villa Bellagio!

This is the best well stocked house we’ve ever been too. Plenty of dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every bathroom. The kitchen had EVERYTHING needed to make large meals. (Except food). They even had three types of coffeemaker (Keurig, Nespresso, and drip) which was AWESOME for our coffee lovers. Loved the bioluminescent bay. Had fun paddle boarding and kayaking both during the day and at night. Another kayak would have been great. BRING BUG SPRAY. The mosquitoes are wicked. But they are wicked everywhere. We would love to come back to Grand Cayman, and when we do we will stay at Villa Bellagio again.

Villa Bellagio is a beautiful property in a quiet part of the island, perfect for a family vacation. Had it not been for our wonderful property manager Barbara however, it could have gone sour very quickly. Over two days, the majority of the smoke alarms were going off randomly and had to be replaced. The a/c thermostat control also had to be rebooted several times in order to work effectively. During these times, six adults and a young baby had to make alternative arrangements to relax outside and away from the house. Barbara was tireless in her efforts and ensured that all the problems were eventually rectified. The Villa was immaculate inside and out, perfect for a multi generational family with a young baby. The pool and beach area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying family fun. Our favorite haunts were The Wreck Bar and Kaibo beach, as we stayed local this time.

My family of 6 and my parents, total of 8, stayed at Villa Bellagio for a week to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We had scheduled this trip in March of 2020 but it was cancelled due to Covid. We had been looking forward to this trip for 3 years now and this house did not disappoint!! It was very clean and super spacious!! All of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was so convenient! Big beds with clean linens, plenty of towels; even extras! There were games and puzzles which was great. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked. Nice pots and pans. Coffee makers galore! A Keurig, a regular coffee pot, tea kettle and even a Nespresso machine! The pool was amazing with floaties for the kids and tons of towels. Washing machine was outside and was really nice to be able to wash things as needed. The beach was STUNNING! There was paddle boards and a canoe to use- which we did everyday! Being right on Bioluminescent Bay was super cool to go out at night to see the glowing waters. There are jelly fish in the water so make sure to not kick them up in the water and wear swim shirts. My boys got stung a few times but it wasn’t too bothersome. TONS of mosquitoes too. My kids have welts all over their bodies. Bring bug spray for sure!! The house also had bikes that we used everyday to ride to Kaibo Beach Bar and to Rum Point. We went snorkeling with Crystal Charters (they were great and picked us up right at Kaibo). Starfish point is just down the street you can drive/bike to. We also went to the Crystal Caves and to the Botanic Garden. The North side of the island is super quiet with not much to do besides relax! The house and it’s location was just what we needed. This was the best vacation we have had in many years! We would absolutely consider staying at this home again!

8 friends and I visited the island to celebrate my 40th birthday. While the pictures give you an idea that this is a great place, they don’t do it justice!
Some of the highlights… 4 bedrooms have an attached bathroom and the 5th has a bathroom next to it. This allowed our group to have their own space and privacy. The house was immaculate and very well stocked. The kitchen is great for groups as there are 2 dishwashers and 2 wine/beverage refrigerators. The pool and deck area are spacious and great for relaxing. The beach is stellar… it’s large and has lots of room to move around to catch those afternoon rays! We especially enjoyed having massages on the beach (massage therapists will come to the house). The house is located on bio luminescence bay and we loved paddle boarding at night to see it’s magic. We already want to return! Truly a fantastic experience!

We were 3 families (5 adults, 6 children aged 3 and under) and the villa was well-suited for our group. The villa was spotless, kitchen well-stocked and modern, rooms were large, pool was perfect with lots of covered areas. Downsides are the distance to Seven-mile/airport/large grocery stores, and beach is a little sandy/rocky so hard to walk on. But being right in the bioluminescence bay was spectacular and saves you a trip right there! Beds were really comfortable though pillows could use some variety. Large bedrooms and ensuite for most was great for multiple families. Barbara was extra quick to reply and helpful with any questions we had. We rented equipment for the kids which was delivered to the villa beforehand as well. Would highly recommend!

Staying on the north side was calm and peaceful. Don’t miss the coffee shop at Kaibo or the chocolate croissants! The kids played in the pool and on the beach for hours. The bay is so calm even our youngest could paddle board without difficulty. We cannot wait to come back!

Peaceful Retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Bellagio. It exceeded our expectations. It was quiet but there are so many things to do and see. We snorkeled and paddle boarded right off the dock. We saw so many starfish near the mouth of the bay in the mornings. The nights on the bay were so amazing - the bioluminescence was so cool to experience. We rode bikes to Espresso for coffee in the mornings, relaxed in the hammocks and used the pool everyday. The house was comfortable and clean. It was honestly one of the best experiences we have had.

February 2020 Stay
We had four couples and house worked very well. Everyone was comfortable and certainly enjoyed the pool and all the toys. Also enjoyed the grill, same as I have at home. I want to thank Barbara, Leland and their staff, they helped make our stay most memorable. Obviously Rum Point is ideal for shutting down for a week and the villa is in perfect position.

40th Birthday celebration
Stayed with a group of friends for my 40th birthday. Villa Bellagio was perfect!! The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed. Loved the kayak and paddle boards. The hammocks and all the chairs on the beach were just as pictured. We walked to Rum Point and Kaibo. Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay! Our only complaint was the pool was colder than the ocean lol. Would definitely stay here again and bring my kids !

Honeymoon with friends
We had our first week of our honeymoon staying on the East End at a different location, our second week was with her friends at the Villa Bellagio. This could not have been a better place to spend a great time with a close group of friends. Bike rides, snorkeling, and easy travel to Commander Bay via boat taxi made this trip a memorable one. We spent many days enjoying the lagoon area and everything it had to offer.

Beautiful home. Quieter area (at least when we were there) which we enjoyed alot after being out every day. It was really nice to come back to the house everyday & jump in the pool or or use the provided kayak (wished there were two or more) or paddle boards. The home was perfect for our crew of 10. Beautiful Sunsets!

We just came back from an AHmazing week at Villa Bellagio. We spent 9 magical days in this beautiful home perfectly located in Rum Point. It’s a wonderful place for families to enjoy the island. We enjoyed all the toys that are available at the house and swam in the pool for hours everyday. The house is perfectly stocked, clean and well taken care of.
We hopped over to Starfish Point everyday and used Kaibo docks to meet our privately chartered tours of stingray city, tours of the mangroves and reef fishing. We went on a snorkelling tour and even saw a hammerhead shark!!! Highlight of our trip!! Being right on Bio bay was so fun!!!! We used the kayak and paddle boards to check them out every night. We can’t say enough about how awesome Villa Bellagio is! We will be booking there again! ❤️

Great part of the island
Sizable space easily able to handle 10 but it would be a little crowded with more. Nice pool and great place to kayak and paddle board. This is a great location in that it isn't too busy and is close to many natural sights.

January 2019 Stay
We spent 15 nights at this beautiful villa! The first week there was 6 of us; the remaining time there was 10 of us. We enjoyed all the outside toys (pool, kayak, paddle boards, private beach, lounge chairs and picnic tables). The location of the villa was perfect! The manager was excellent in her response to our needs; the inside was clean. Marcus came and cleaned the pool plus took the time to cut open a coconut for us and explain all that goes with that. We all highly recommend staying at this villa!!

September 2018 Stay
We had an amazing time! The house was perfect. We had 8 people and felt totally comfortable. The house was clean and well stocked! We loved taking the kayak and paddle boards out at night and checking out the bioluminescent bay! We rented a private charter boat that picked us up right at Kaibo and took us to stingray city, starfish beach, a few snorkeling spots and to camana bay for dinner. They dropped us off right at the dock at the house. We visited the crystal caves and played golf on George Town. We loved the food at the Over the Edge cafe. There was lots to do within a short distance of the house. It was a great overall vacation!

Lovely property- great family vcation!!!
Spent a week with 8 other family members. The house was fabulous. Big enough so no one was crowded. It was very clean, well equipped and well maintained.
We loved the pool. I would not consider what was advertised as a "beach" beach, it was more like an inlet. With that said, the kids had a ball on the paddleboards and kyak. We also loved the "resident" starfish that lived by the dock!!!! We took advantage of Sting Ray City, The Cayman Distillery Tour, Turtle Center, Rum Point and a day trip to Georgetown. Only down side, our rental car was damaged by a hit and run driver!! Still waiting on information. The house was a good 40+ min. from most places, but we really didn't mind. Garbage pickup was another issue. They don't pick up until Friday, so we had the previous guests trash over loaded in cans with no room for ours ( however, we managed!!!) Food was excellent at the Cantina and we had a lovely "fancy" dinner at Kaibo Upstairs. Everyone had a great time and I would certainly recommend this house!!!!

Villa Bellagio was a fantastic home for our family stay. It had everything promised. Barbra was fantastic as our onsite contact. The bioluminescent bay right out your back door needs to be highlighted. I also appreciated the website matched the house, no surprises.

Love the remodel!
We have stayed at this house before and they have made some great improvements. Love the new dock out back as well as the paddle boards. We had a small issue with the washing machine and Barbara had a repairman and ultimately a new machine out the same afternoon. They were extremely helpful and responsive. My only small comment - please add a garbage disposal. That was the only thing we were missing. Other than that, this home is great for large families that can all have their own space. Love the pool. It was well maintained. Thanks for another great stay!
