Esta cabaña familiar, construida por nuestro padre en 1964, es un lugar para familias y amigos para volver a conectar mientras disfruta de las maravillas de la zona Tahoe. El interior de la cabina es todo de madera de pino con una piedra de gas chimenea de ardor local en la sala de estar. Hay dos dormitorios con camas dobles y un camarote que se acomoda a cuatro personas.
La cabina es sólo una milla de los remontes de Squaw Valley EE.UU.. Squaw Valley, el nombre oficial del Valle olímpico desde los 1960 Juegos Olímpicos de Invierno, se encuentra en la costa norte del Lago Tahoe, cerca de la autopista 89, a 2 minutos a los ascensores Squaw Valley, a unos 13 minutos de Truckee, a 5 minutos de Alpine Meadows, 25 minutos de la estrella del norte ya unos 10 minutos de la ciudad de Tahoe por el lago. The Village at Squaw Valley cuenta con numerosos restaurantes y tiendas.

We only had a short stay of 2 nights to catch up with the summer of Lake Tahoe, for our family.
This is a cozy house with nice locations which met all of our requirements, while the room with 2 bunk beds is perfect for kids/teens.
The kitchen area is a bit compact but just fine for our family.

I love my stay at this Cabin. It has everything you need after some days of exploration, plenty of linens, comfortable rooms and beds. We are a group of explorers, the location was just great for our hikes, the river and some lakes plus the main Lake Tahoe just a few miles from the Cabin, the neighborhood is very relax, overall we enjoyed our stayed at this foresty cabin.

We had a lovely time at the cabin. Communication with the host was easy and getting in/out of the cabin was straightforward. We we took advantage of the games available in the rental and made the most of our time in the snow. Thank you, Liz, for being a great host!

We couldn’t be happier we chose Liz’s property to stay at to celebrate our son’s wedding weekend. It was very convenient to all the venues. We liked how cozy it was - very well equipped kitchen, large refrigerator, super comfy beds and family photos hanging in the hallway. It felt so much like home , exactly as Liz’s father who built it must have intended !! Thank you Liz for sharing your beautiful cabin with us. There were some toiletries laid out on the sinks and I’m sure there were more somewhere - we just couldn’t find them .... we found the extra towels so that was super handy given our group had 8 people 😊 Also, maybe we needed to adjust the water heater settings - not sure , but the water got real cold after just one person showered and we had to wait a bit before the next one could go in. All in all very minor issues which if I’d had the time to reach out to her, Liz would have told us how to fix. Highly recommend a stay at the property

The cabin was so cute, tidy, fully stocked, and fit 9 girls! Prefct location. Close to everything in every direction! Would absolutely stay again!

Comfortable and convenient! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while out here. Everything was very clean and we were short short run/walk from Olympic Village. This place had everything we needed for our stay.

This was our first trip to the Tahoe area and we will definitely be back! Liz is a very gracious and accommodating host. The cabin is adorable, and we would highly recommend it and will stay there again.

A group of eight of us stayed at St. George Estate for a weekend of skiing at Squaw. The cabin itself was very charming and fully outfitted with everything a small group needs to cook meals and shower. The owner is very friendly and communication was great. We will definitely be coming back.

My friends and I had a wonderful time in this cabin during our 3 night stay back in Feb 2012. This home comfortably housed 8 of us adults. It had a fully equipped kitchen for indoor cooking and a Weber grill for outdoor grilling. It also included all the towels and linens so we didn't have to bring our own. The indoor wood stove was a nice touch for the cold nights. Lastly, it had a small stacked washer and dryer though we didn't end up using them during our stay.
The only things I would change would be for the owners to take PayPal and/or credit cards, and to provide WiFi at the cabin. They did have satellite TV there though.
That being said, the owners are very easy to work with and made sure our stay went smoothly. If I need a place for a group of people to stay very close to the Squaw lifts in the future, I would definitely stay here again.
