The owners were very responsive and helpful. The place was well configured with ample room in the living areas and bedrooms. Covered parking was a plus! Will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here more than a few times. the location is easy to get to, great parking. Eagle Lodge is just around the corner for those hitting the slopes. the market and all the restaurants are just down the street. The building is quiet. Easy communication with the owners. Was another Amazing visit.

My friends and I had an excellent stay here. Rob and Val provided exactly what was promised, most importantly the short walk to the slopes! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay in this very nice unit, walking distance to Eagle which we appreciated. Excellent communication with owner, quick to respond with small issue, resolved quickly. Love that. The unit was clean and super cute. Would love to to stay here again.

While my family really enjoyed our time in Mammoth however we encountered a few issues with our accommodations. My husband was initially very upset due to the ash bucket being left on the deck from either the cleaning crew or previous guests. The bucket was filled with water and ashes which made it very difficult to use to clean out the fire place without making a big mess since it had not been cleaned out before our stay. The fire wood was wet and there was no kindling making it very difficult to start fires and impossible a couple of times even though we brought fire starters. It was also very noisy for our first 3 days due to the people staying above us. Once they left the noise level was not an issue. The condo was cozy however somewhat dated. I was glad I brought some of my own knives, bowls and pans for cooking because I found the kitchen supplies limited. There were no lights by the jacuzzi which made it unsafe for using at night even though the sign says open until 10:00 pm. The coffee pot should be updated or cleaned because it makes terrible coffee. The stove top was dirty as well as the shower track in the master bathroom. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience. My comments are not meant to sound ungrateful for you allowing us to stay at your condo but to point out where you might want to evaluate your condo and how it’s being cleaned, stocked for users and compared to other VRBO accommodations. We spend a week up in Mammoth at the condo at eagle lodge and it was fantastic. The condo is big enough for a family with kids, has games, tvs, the property has several jacuzzies and is only a short walk right to egle lodge. Parking was easy and the garage is just a few step down from the condo. Overall a great stay.

The location was perfect for my family getaway! Every where you need to go is less than a 5 minute drive. Thank you Rob and Val!
