Situado en Marla Bay, esta encantador casa por 513 € por noche es una fantástico opción para su próxima escapada. Disfrute de sus vacaciones con la mejor vista del lago Tahoe. Esta cabaña 3 baño de 4 dormitorios se sienta encima de Zephyr Heights y tiene vistas de la estacion Heavenly Ski y el lago. Relájese en el jacuzzi después de un día en la playa o después de un día de esquí. Hay una barbacoa en la terraza, junto con muebles de patio, el lugar perfecto para barbacoa con la familia y ver el atardecer sobre el lago. El garaje para dos coches está disponible para los inquilinos. Dos minutos de la playa de Zephyr Cove, cuatro minutos de la estación de esquí Heavenly Valley y cuatro minutos de los casinos. En el nivel de la cubierta es el salón mail con cocina, sala de estar, comedor, un baño completo compartido, BR1 reina y BR2 es una pequeña habitación con una cama doble. Arriba está el dormitorio principal BR3 con un rey y un baño completo, BR4 con una reina y una habitación doble con un baño completo. El lavadero es también en este nivel. Ambas habitaciones tienen una puerta que da a un balcón con vista al lago.

Ocupación:
1. Según las reglas del condado: NO se permiten bodas de ningún tipo o tamaño, en la propiedad o en la casa. Se cerrará inmediatamente y perderá el depósito de garantía y estará sujeto a más multas.
2. Solo se permiten 12 personas en cualquier momento en la casa. Solo se duerme para 8 en camas. Esto incluye cualquier cena o reunión que pueda tener.
3. 5 coches permitidos en casa en cualquier momento. No hay estacionamiento en la calle por condado y reglas de seguridad contra incendios. El incumplimiento dará lugar a la pérdida del depósito de seguridad.
4. Por favor, ayúdenos a mantener nuestro hogar como un alquiler de vacaciones. ORDENANZA DE RUIDO 10:00 pm a 7:00 am todos los días y es muy estricto en este vecindario.

Pros: -Property management is very responsive (reply within 24 hours) -Views views views! Cons: -Great if you like the rustic/cabin vibe - but personally not a fan of the dust and cobwebs in every room. Doesn't look like it's been maintained in months. -Room with the king bed has issues with the restroom where the door does not lock. Another room has issues with flushing. Please fix. -Grill has propane but wasn't clean, ended up not using. -Large temperature difference despite being on the same floor. One bedroom would be extremely stuffy, while the other is extremely cold.

Enjoyed our two nights stay. The place has a stunning view of the lake and a great location.

The property was nice more suited for summer travel. A few upgrades are needed and the drive way was very difficult for parking but over all we had a pleasant stay.

Very nice cabin with stunning views, including views from the hot tub, the decks and balconies, and just about every room. The driveway is not for the faint-hearted but is not horrible once you get used to it.

Location was fabulous view as fabulous. The property was very nice. Only thing that would need fixing would be the wall at the end of the driveway to make it a little wider to get in.

My friends and i booked this place over Thanksgiving and absolutely loved the place! The views are spectacular and the place was very cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped with pans, dishes, cups etc. However, the listing says its for max 10 guests, but the living space and the bedrooms are not large enough or have enough beds to accommodate 10 guests. It can max accommodate 8 guests comfortably. The dining area only has 6 chairs. There were slight issues that we faced: - The parking ramp is very steep and we had to be really careful when backing up - Some dishes were not very clean (noticed hair on plate) - In one of the bathrooms upstairs, the commode wouldn't flush - There was no heating vent in one of the small rooms with a twin bed. - No recycling or compost bins provided - In one of the rooms upstairs, there was a big bug on the pillow - No cells/battery in the TV remote Overall, we really enjoyed it and would come again!

I was skeptical about booking this place, since I read the reviews about it not being clean. Luckily, this rental was clean, organized, and well put together! The views…. The views!!! The views and the hot tub is what made this house worth every penny. Beautiful fireplaces in living room and in master bedroom. The only thing I’d make sure to be aware of, is that the washer is on the 3rd story, and the dryer is down stairs in the garage. And there was no laundry basket. So I had to carry wet clothes down 2 flights of stairs. But fortunately I didn’t have a long trip and only had to do one load. But just something to keep in mind for people who plan on staying for an extended period of time. Also, the drive way is VERY steep. Otherwise, this place was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be staying here again!

We never received the passcode and had to call VRBO direct to receive this information which delayed our check in process. The property manager should have been diligent about following up via text or email day before arrival and make sure that we we were ready and had everything we needed for our check in. Upon check in, we found that the property lacked cleanliness, it was clear that whomever they hire to do the cleaning does the bare minimum even though a cleaning fee is charged of renters. In addition, finding the wifi password was a mission itself in searching for that information as again no clear direction was provided. The location is great, no complaints except for the very narrow and steep driveway that I was terrified to park my Suburban on and had to get help from a walking friendly neighbor. I would say bring a small car if coming to stay here.
