The access to rooms is thro a narrow 3 ft passage , not with proper cover from rain and dust... makeshift arrangements of poor grade/ standards compared to the hotels of comparable cost. More over the stay was horrible with loud sound from neighboring rooms ( Bachler guests ) even at 2 AM mid night making us feel unsecured to stay with my wife ...When reported the manager said he can not do any thing as it is only shouting ...they said they can interfere only if they tap your room door...What a hopeless answer/ behavior by the manager....I am very much disappointed

Hotel Manager Mr.Nagaraj is an awesome gentleman,he take cares of every thing.

The property is right on the ECR Highway and almost easily findable ( next to Serenity Beach road). The price seemed to match the budget. It is definitely a great pace for friends or groups. But Questionable for Family occupancy as it is attractive to lots of groups who visit for drinks and party. The staff were very friendly and very approachable.

The room provided was neat and well built but it was the first one from gate and was really noisy. Especially the sound of screaming chickens from the butcher shop next door was a bit depressing. The swimming pool is nice and built around the lawn. But could be kept a bit cleaner ( Since the party folks do mess the area up.

Extra beds were provided easily without any fuss, and our pet dog was allowed to stay with us. Thanks to Mr. Hariharan. He even guided us for the places to visit and eat.

The rooms were quite small in comparison to all other hotels we have stayed at. Consuming alcoholic drinks is permissible at the pool. We had to pull ourselves out of the pool in the middle, as guys started consuming drinks and jumping into the water and having fun. We have 2 teenage daughters

It was nice stay, the rooms are very clean and neat. The staffs are very courteous and helpful. All amenities are good. Overall it was amazing stay. Wonderful service from the people over there with proper guidance
