Rented the condo for weekend getaway with another couple. Condo was nice, hot tub was hot! Due to weather of an unexpected ice storm we hung out inside playing games and enjoying the hottub. Overall a good experience!

The home and hot tub are kept very clean. Everything was great. The internet kept dropping out while I was trying to work from the condo, but other than that its a beautiful home. Beautiful view!We forgot our umbrella in the unit, but other than that no complaints. Its quiet and didn't really hear anyone else.

The property was perfect. It was just the two of us, but had room for more. We spent a lot of time in front of the fireplace enjoying the view and the hot tub. We barely left the place. The weekend was too short. Thanks for the great place!

We have stayed in this property before and enjoyed it again. The beds have been upgraded and were very comfortable. We also liked the new dining room chairs and the sofas. We only had a issue with the door out to the hot tub. It is very difficult to lock after opening it. There is some damage on the handle. We had the same issue in 2021 when we stayed there in May. PLEASE replace that awful door. Otherwise the condo is very enjoyable as a place to stay in Lincoln City. It would be helpful for the notebook of info including restaurants to be updated.

We were fortunate to have such nice weather this fall. The property was acceptable. It is outdated, clean, price is good. I wish I had known there wasnt direct beach access. We had to walk just down the street so it wasnt too bad. Thank you.

The location can’t be beat. Right on the beach with view of beautiful sunsets. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Unit could use some minor upgrades. Patio door hard to open/close and lock. Carpet had some spots. Both bathroom outlets failed to work the final morning. I left message with property mgmt. We were advised to bring own personal toiletries (shampoo, soap) which was fine but unusual. Kitchen has dishes, pans and utensils but NO food items including condiments like salt, pepper, oil, etc. if you plan on cooking, you’ll have to bring everything. We’ve stayed at several other units in this building which were all great. This one was fine but not great.

This condo was great. We had beautiful views whether we were in the master bedroom, living room, kitchen or while sitting in the hot tub/patio. There was a basket of towels for the hot tub (nice) so we didn't have to use the bathroom ones. The only concerns where the coffee table was very wobbly (didn’t want to spill anything), there was some black in the shower corners and the chlorine tablets in hot tub were almost gone. We would definitely book this condo again.

Overall nicely updated condo centrally located in town. Beach access down the street (no direct access). Condo was mostly clean (some food under couch that was missed and sand built up in the edges of one shower). No laundry detergent available in unit. Patio door tricky but once you get the hang of it it’s functional. Turf off patio provided nice place for kids to play. Hot tub was nice. Parking is underground; tall vehicles or long vehicle may find it tight. Some on street parking available. Pool on parking garage level and is small but accommodated 4-5 kids. Overall would recommend.

Location of place was perfect close to beach and shops. The check in process was quit easy and pleasant.
Dislikes-
1. Rugs very dirty needed to be professionally cleaned.
2. No sponge to wash dishes or dish soap
3. Back door needs to fixed for the price of place you would think they would fix the back door. Very hard to open latch got stuck an was very hard to open.

5. Manager was VERY DRUNK on 8/26 asked my husband WERE HIS WHITE BOY SHIRT WAS ??? No clue to what he was talking about but we were a Hispanic family as this could have cause a VERY serious fight !!! DONT BELIEVE US CHECK CAMERAS IN UNDERGROUND PARKING WE HAD THE 1963 IMPALA
6. cleaning company was 10 min late past 11am as we had everything out the room wanted to take family photo out back, but cleaning man made a 5 second pic a big deal and told us we had to leave. This was the cherry on top for us to never return as this is family tradition going to the beach every yr.
7. DISH washer didn't work either so had t wash all dishes by hand and lay out t dry.

Loved the views in this condo. Our college age son was with us so it works great for him to have his own room and bath. So much better than sharing a hotel room! Kitchen and dining area are a nice size for making a few meals while staying here.
We love the location. Easy to get down to the beach a few blocks away. And we also love to walk a couple blocks up to the bakery and Candyland.
Our only issue was the back door to the patio is difficult to open. Finally got the hang of it but might consider replacing since the patio is the best feature of the property!
Would love to stay here again!

It was a bit dirty. The floors, walls and showers. Some dishes were dirty & stored in cabinets. The King bed has a metal bar sticking out the side that scratched me several times. The 2 beds were Uncomfortable. The views are gorgeous though! Enjoyed the access to the ocean and the condo pool.

it was mostly everything we were looking for. clean,very quiet, friendly management.the only drawback was having to walk down the road to gain beach access which was hard for my wife but it's not to deter from our stay. we were very pleased.

He was great and helped with a couple of other minor issues we had. Aside from several long hairs in the sink, the property was clean. We would stay here again without question.

We loved the condo itself. Location was great. However the furnishings were old, falling apart or frayed. A spring was poking out on the king bed. The dining chairs were frayed & ratty looking, the couch was sunken like the frame may be broken, and the list goes on. On top of that we were asked to do part of the house keeping while paying extra for housekeeping. We have stayed in many condo’s on the coast and unfortunately A1 will not be on our list again.

Stayed here over Memorial day weekend to visit with my son who is a student at OSU. The property was perfect for us, close to great food, on the beach and close to all the hikes we wanted to enjoy. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the back porch and patio for amazing sunsets.

Everything was as expected with our accommodation. Others have made comments about the patio door and I would add my comment this latch is a life safety issue and should be addressed immediately. In the event of an emergency, this latch could hinder an escape. Otherwise, we were pleased with everything.

Unfortunately this property is in need of upgrades. The carpets are worn and dirty, shower tile is dirty, door difficult to operate. Lack of pans for cooking. No coffee provided. At least a small amount would be enough. I have stayed at other properties in this same building that we’re much nicer, cleaner and provided basics. On the plus side, beds comfy, nice towels and pillows. A few updates in terms of flooring, tile, paint, would really go a long way.

The property was nice, clean, had everything we needed. The only thing that should be explained better in the listing is the access to the beach isn't easily accessible for all people. There is a steep staircase to the beach down the street, but one friend wasn't able to go down them. So we drove to another part of Lincoln City to go to the beach. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

The condo was nice and neat. The location sits in the middle of two beach access spots, which makes for a quick walk. It's a nice neighborhood to run/walk through. It's a 15 minute walk to some restaurants. The hot tub kept high temps and was clean. It's a bottom floor condo so you don't have the privacy if people are using the common grass area. The pool and spa amenity on site was also clean. Ceiling fan (was throwing dust around) and underneath beds are due for a cleaning.

Condo was great! Clean and comfortable - with a fantastic view. Coffee table could use replacing as it was pretty wobbly and the Wifi leaves something to be desired but didn't really need either.

Great stay!!! Clean, well maintained. We had an issue with the hot tub and it was fixed in a timely manner. I appreciate that. Right on the ocean, a short walk for access.
