This place was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. We are making plans to return next year!

Pros: extremely wonderful beach and easily accessible. Elevator was helpful. Great views from the balcony.
Cons: the front of the house faces a very busy street and the doors don’t fully close on the balconies, there’s a huge gap, so the amount of noise inside the house is similar to having all the windows open. Very loud constant cars driving all night.
The bunk bed room is actually the garage with no bathroom or a closet. To get to the only accessible bathroom downstairs, you have to go into the other bedroom.
The other downstairs bedroom through which you go to the beach shouldn’t be a bedroom. It’s a walkway filled with sand and people constantly walking through your room. It’s more suited for a game room or another living room.
The house was filled with cockroaches and I was told to deal with the exterminator when they only sprayed half of the house after we complained.
The living room and kitchen are extremely small. The dining room table is really only accessible to 6 people, same for the couch.
The kitchen is not even close to being fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Most of the closets are not meant for people to stay there for a week, just a weekend.

We were all very impressed with the property and the location. Julie was great to work with. My granddaughters loved the heated splash pool outside their parents room. The ice maker in the kitchen kept up with us which was great! Each floor has its own thermostat which really helped us all stay comfortable. We walked to Pompano Joes and several ice cream spots. A Circle K is very close too for those late night cravings. We’ll be back!

This beach condo is well maintained and beautifully decorated. We had a issue with the clothes dryer not working and told manager. Within 24 hours a brand new Maytag was delivered from Lowes. Beautiful view from all 3 balconies. Would stay again with no worries!

We had an awesome visit to Destin and loved the house. Beautiful views from all decks of the house. So close to good restaurants and a bonus great coffee place right across the street. Loved it all. I would recommend this place to everyone I know 😁

We loved staying here right on the beach! The house was just perfect for our family of 9 adults and 2 children. We did have an issue the 2nd night but Marsha took care of that as quickly as possible and the rest of our vacation was perfect. The 2nd and 3rd floor of the house was beautiful, however, we feel the first floor does need some updating to keep up with the rest of the house. I would definitely give this house a 4 1/2 rating if vrbo would let me! Thank you Marsha, for taking care of us!

Christmas 2021 Right on the Beach!
We loved staying here right on the beach! The house was just perfect for our family of 9 adults and 2 children. We did have an issue the 2nd night but Marsha took care of that as quickly as possible and the rest of our vacation was perfect. The 2nd and 3rd floor of the house was beautiful, however, we feel the first floor does need some updating to keep up with the rest of the house. The home was beautiful!!! Marsha was so quick to answer any questions. We stayed with 9 adults and 3 children and never felt cramped. Lots of eating space, and the elevator was fabulous for my dad, as well as getting big luggage to the 3rd floor. Miramar beach is our favorite and this home housed many new memories this week!

It was perfect and so accommodating to our needs. Marsha was so wonderful and helpful with all our questions. We would absolutely do this again. We had a total of 14 and it fit us all perfectly. The only thing I would recommend is a fan in the bunk room just to keep it cooler. But that was it. Thank you for having us!!

This was our first time to rent a house in Destin. I have gone since a little girl and we always did a condo. The house made this trip the BEST so far. Everything was in perfect working order and I have no doubt things would have been taken care of in short order if they weren't. The best thing of course was the beach. This was probably the closest one can stay to the actual Gulf. Best thing of all were the two beach setups waiting for us without us so much as lifting a finger! I'd go back to this rental in a second!
