This place was great. Loved how low key and quiet the place looked. Loved the gated community and the pool was great and refreshing after being at the beach. The condo had a loft which was perfect for our older boys. We will definitely be staying here in future when we look at booking our next vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! We stayed for one week in June of 2022, and it was amazing! This is a great location, extremely close to the beach access-- closer than I anticipated-- literally 2 minutes from the door to the beach! This condo is in a very safe family friendly condo association. It's about 20-30 minutes from Pier Park Shopping center depending on traffic, and 4 minutes from St. Andrews state park. There are PLENTY of good restaurants near by (Dirty Dicks, Schooners, and Captain Jack's Buffet were some of our faves) The pool is clean and warm with plenty of room, and used exclusively by guests. Contrary to some of the reviews, this condo was very clean and in great condition- very updated. The couch and beds were very clean and comfy. This condo has everything you need to cook meals and function as a family. When we stayed, the guests who were there previously, left garbage bags, dish soap and various other useful things! It is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, but it did not phase our family of five. The stairs to the loft are floating stairs, and very narrow-- if you have difficulty with stairs, this is not the place for you. As a 5'6" 140# athletic female, I had to walk sideways up and down the steps. That being said, we felt very safe letting our kids (3,5, and 7) sleep up in the loft. We will 100% be staying here again, it was so comfortable and perfect for our family! If you are considering staying here, just do it! You will be glad you did!

The apartment was nice. Accommodated us all but was a little scared to put the little 5 year old who gets up in the middle of the night up in the loft with steep stairs. Actually lets call it what it is a ladder really. I wish the pictures would have shown that part as well. It would help parents who have little kids. Over all place was clean, sofa has a tear in it and only one roll of toilet paper, but good stay.

The Sandcastle was perfect for our stay! The bed was extremely comfortable, the condo was very clean! So clean in fact, it felt like we were the first people to ever stay there. It was the perfect distance to the beach and we spent every day there. If you want to swim the pool is great too! You do have to drive to the restaurants, but that wasn’t a problem. We had an amazing time and we will be back!!

The condo was perfect for our family of 3. It actually was larger than what it looked like from the pictures. The beach is absolutely beautiful and a very short walk from the condo! Third story condo is no joke walking up and down with lots of beach gear everyday so keep that in mind! What's even worse then the outside stairs are the stairs to the loft inside the condo. Honesty we don't even know how they pass inspection. They are very narrow and seem loose with a bent railing and broken wire with tin foil wrapped around the end. Due to the fact that they seemed so unsafe we wouldn't even let our 9 & 11 year old sleep up there. We had problems with the key code not letting us in so that was frustrating after a 16 hour drive and then not being able to get in. After we finally got a new key code to open the door we could smell a horrible smell of urine as soon as we walked in....which ended up taking us 3 days to get rid of! We had to immediately go to the store to by air freshener, Soap and Toilet paper...which I didn't realize wouldn't be provided since even the most basic hotels provide these items. I really hate to be so negative about the property but it's nothing that can't be fixed with a better cleaning crew and safer stairs! We traveled a long way to have an amazing vacation and weren't going to let anything ruin our trip. If I was the owner or property manager I would go in and check the place out before any other guest check in. It was Very dirty, look under the beds, tons of dust on mini blinds, no soap or toilet paper, fan was filthy. Things that haven't been cleaned in awhile. The condo looks nice but definitely needs to be cleaned better! ....and there was also a hole in the couch.😣 We left the place cleaner then when we arrived!

My kids adored it (especially the loft). The location is perfect and we are already deciding on when to come next year. The fireworks on the beach for the fourth we’re nothing less of amazing. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed that family time. We weren’t even bothered by not having TVs in the loft or bedroom. We hardly watched it while we were here. We had dinner on the patio and spent most of our time at the beach and pool. Kids made friends with others who were staying at sun swept.

Two of my girlfriends and I stayed at this property over the weekend. Great location, walking distance to a few places, great access to the beach. I will say, however, that the stairs used to get into the loft are not the easiest. We are in our early thirties and they are not the easiest to navigate. If you have children or are elderly, be careful! Overall though, great place! Unit is on the third floor and no elevator so that's another factor to consider as well!
