Este es un gran retiro para parejas, o un lugar de vacaciones familiares. Un balcón cubierto de 20 pies ofrece vistas majestuosas y lo calma con la suave brisa del mar y el sonido de las olas. Dos habitaciones, un baño, con amplias vistas a la playa, la sala, el comedor y la cocina.
¡Salga a la playa temprano en la mañana para cazar dientes de tiburón, conchas o simplemente sentarse con una bebida agradable y ver a los delfines rodar en las olas y jugar! ¡Entonces comience su día con un paquete de golf lleno de diversión (los paquetes de golf no están incluidos pero están disponibles en la isla para comprar)!

Fabulous quiet beach location. Fantastic balcony space with great space to sit, relax, have coffee or a meal.
As most say, if living room furnishings would be updated to something more comfortable and less worn out, I definately would be a repeat customer. Otherwise, kitchen was well equipped (bring your own spices other than salt and pepper), bathroom nice. Bunk bed in second bedroom best for children, but was okay. Master very nice. Pleased about how quiet the area was, with so much room on the beach. Good experience.

Balcony is great - great views. Cooking utensils are dated as well - again, too much in the cupboards - could hardly get stuff in and out as far as pans and pots. The place was clean...comfortable and we'd probably stay again if we couldn't find someplace else a little more updated. Communication with manager was great. Quiet and peaceful area.

We chose this condo for its location and view and we were not disappointed. The condo is clean and comfortable. We were minutes from everything we wanted to do. The property owner provided all of the information we needed before our arrival. We had no need to contact her during our stay.

We are only an hour and a half away, enjoy the area very much. The view from the balcony provides great sunrise views.

We had a nice stay at this condo. The balcony is huge with great seating and a table and chairs. Also, a nice view from master bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked. My only worry in the spring/summer time, when it is probably full, would be parking. There is limited parking and you are not assigned a space. Would definitely stay there again.

Close access to the ocean was the most important part of our vacation. We certainly got what we wanted with this condo. While not the fanciest place I've ever stayed, it had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation at a reasonable price. The king bed was exceptionally comfortable. The owner went out of her way to accommodate us. I would definitely return.

Bad start as the unit had not been cleaned. But the owner responded quickly and a crew was there cleaning within an hour.
After that the trip was fantastic. Great location!

So quiet and peaceful. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. The balcony was awesome and we used it everyday, all day. Sleeping in the master bedroom with the windows open to hear the waves crash was the best. Great place for a family's vacation or a quiet getaway. I give it 5 stars. :)

We had a really nice time during our February vacation. It was right on the beach, clean, easily accessible, quiet and exactly as described. No issues nor any surprises. We were given a timely and precise overview of the condo from the property manager. We highly recommend this site. We would visit again.

Very clean for an older building, location was perfect being right on the water. Bathroom was recently renovated. The living room furniture was tired and not comfortable. Appreciated having a washer and dryer and full kitchen that was well stocked.

Gorgeous view but furniture is very dated and even somewhat comical. Side chairs way too big for space and we took a sheet to put over the couch and pillows. Cleaning had not been done prior to our arrival after check-in time, but owner was very responsive and refunded the cleaning fee.

This is a perfect location for ocean view and getting out to ocean. Very clean, easy to find and to gain entry to condo. Kitchen had everything you need to cook and bedrooms were good size and fairly comfortable for sleeping. Bed linens were soft. We did not use pull out couch. This did not bother us, but towels were older and somewhat frayed and living room furniture is well used. Washer and dryer in the unit worked great. Enjoyed the area of condo and the town center. Elevator was a great help getting our things to the condo as well.

This property was adorable. The kitchen was will stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. The location was perfect. The view was too die for and you can see the dolphins play from the balcony. Highly recommend!!

This is an older property but very clean. If you don’t like a retro feel, it is probably not for you. The location is great and we enjoyed our stay very much. Will I stay again? I don’t know because we enjoyed it so much next time I want to bring family too and these days 1 bathroom is just not enough for more than 2 or 3 folks.

The location of this condo is perfect. Although the bathroom could use some updating, the rest of the condo is well furnished, clean and comfortable. The balcony provides awesome views of the sunset as well as sunrise. GREAT experience. We will be back.

Bathroom and master bedroom needs maintenance.
Kitchen needs better fry pans.
Whoever checks the place after renters leave need to make sure all electronics advertised work. DVD player did not have HDMI cable.

Great place right on a really nice beach. Nice views from the 3rd floor, large balcony. Clean and comfortable, just what I was looking for.

The location on the beach was amazing. The unit was clean and comfortable. It could use some updates, but it was fine for us. The only, and most troublesome, issue was inadequate parking. Parking is not designated, and if you leave, you may not have a parking spot when you return.

Owner was fantastic! Our only concern was the parking . Not reserved and the way it's set up, you can get blocked in.
