Ubicado en el edificio más cercano al surf, estarás a unos pasos del hermoso golfo de México y una de las 3 mejores playas de bombardeo del mundo.
Unidad del segundo piso que ha sido completamente renovada. 2 dormitorios y 2 hermosos baños de azulejos. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, TV de pantalla plana, sala de estar, amplio armario con vestidor y baño completo. El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas matrimoniales, TV de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD y baño completo afuera de la puerta del dormitorio. La sala de estar cuenta con 2 sofás cama Queen, centro de entretenimiento con TV de pantalla plana, DVD y estéreo AM / FM, reproductor de CD y iPod. Mesa de comedor con 8 sillas y barra de cocina con 2 taburetes. Muy ligero y brillante. Cocina totalmente equipada con microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora, licuadora, olla de barro, absolutamente todo lo que pueda necesitar y área de lavandería con lavadora y secadora nuevas. Otras comodidades incluyen aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo, secador de pelo, tabla de planchar y plancha.

My husband and two young adult sons enjoyed our week here on Sanibel. The location was convenient to the beach. The condo was well appointed, comfortable and clean.

Perfect stay in paradise
Julie was so kind and thoughtful throughout our stay.
She went out of her way to accommodate our family and help us feel at home. The location of this condo was fantastic. Not only was it beautiful and super clean, but It was also perfectly equipped for the beach and for cooking!

We definitely enjoyes our stay. The condo resort offered plenty for all- tennis, pickle, barbeque and pool. For the nature lovers -me- we routinely saw manatees with babies, the beach was beautiful and close, the lagoon alligator made an appearance, and of course the many birds in Ding Darling. We even biked up to both Captiva and Sanibel for shopping. There were many things for all.

Our family of five (3 kids) came down to Sanibel for April Vacation and could not have been happier with Julie's condo. Her unit is located closest to the beach and was maybe a 5 min walk. The beds were comfortable and there was a TV in each room - perfect for some of that mid day down time to get out of the heat. There were beach towels, shower towels, beach toys, wagon, nets, fishing poles, tennis/pickleball supplies. It was unreal. We traveled carry-on only and had no issues. The washer and dryer worked well and she even had detergent at the unit for use. The kitchen is equally well equipped. We stumbled into the Farmers market on our first morning and picked up some amazing produce and treats. It's on Sunday mornings and a must do! The wildlife at Bowman's beach and Ding Darling is a must see (dolphins, iguanas, birds, crabs,etc). We swam, shelled, caught several types of fish, ate at amazing restaurants (including 5x at Island Cow). Book Sanibel Serenity. Julie is a great host. Very prompt communication. Thank you for sharing your place. We will treasure these memories for a lifetime.

Great place for a family stay

Julie was very attentive to our check in requests.The property location is an easy access but 10 min walk to Bowmans Beach.
The unit comes very nice beach equipment which we enjoyed using!

We enjoyed our stay at the condominium very much. The second floor location was lovely, and the inside space was ample for my husband, my mother-in-law (80 yrs), our two teens (16 and 18) and me.
The kitchen was perfect for cooking, and we ate most of our meals in, as a COVID precaution. (And we loved getting groceries at Bailey's in Sanibel!)
The beach was a short walk away, and the pool was even closer. We enjoyed access to both, and we went for bike rides most every day. (Our family would recommend renting bikes from Billy's in Sanibel.)
The home was well equipped with beach towels, chairs, a wagon, etc. There were plenty of sheets, towels and other bedding items. And the in-unit washer and dryer were handy to have. Our only surprise was that there were no spices or other pantry items -- something we've found at other VRBOs in the past.
Overall, I would give this host and the unit nothing but high marks. My only regret was that we didn't book 2 weeks. I would love to stay there again. It really is a relaxing location.
Finally, the host -- Julie -- was incredibly timely in communicating with us. And I'm so grateful she shared her piece of paradise with our family!

Just left today and wanted to stay longer. Julie’s place is great and she is very responsive to any question you might have. The property has a pool and tennis court that also has 2 pickleball nets. Her building is close to the beach access and she has everything you might want for the beach. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to cook several meals. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Julie!

Personally we loved the location, out away from the "center" of sanibel. Quiet condo (although we were not there peak season) The host provided us with all the things we needed for the beach; beach umbrella, chairs, towels, etc. which was absolutely awesome. Julie was a wonderful host going above and beyond for us. The condo's location was excellent - just a short walk to the beach. Julie has provided every beach implement you could possibly ever need for guests to use. The condo was easy to call home for the week.
The downsides were - there are ants in the condo that Julie and the cleaning crew are trying to take care of. The AC can't be turned lower than 72 and the week we were there, that wasn't cool enough. We were hoping to use the canoes and kayaks but we were told by the clubhouse staff we couldn't use them. Julie is trying to remedy this problem for future guests. The pool was so clouded with chemicals all week we didn't get to use it.
All in all it was a great condo and we would stay here again.

Julie was a wonderful host going above and beyond for us. The condo's location was excellent - just a short walk to the beach. Julie has provided every beach implement you could possibly ever need for guests to use. The condo was easy to call home for the week.

Julie was EXTREMELY responsive to any questions along the way and during our stay. The condo was impeccably kept, very clean! Everything for our family vacation was there… beach chairs, coolers, towels, wagon, crockpot etc. The only thing I would say that would need to be added would be some Tupperware. We cut up some fruit and had dinner leftovers but needed containers.

The property was amazing. It was fully furnished. It had every thing in the kitchen that we needed. There were beach chairs, boogy boards, a wagon, and more! We relaxed and bonded as a family. Most importantly, it was super clean! We were very impressed with the property. The walk to the beach was so beautiful too. We loved all the wildlife in the area. Sanibel Serenity is amazing - great location, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and very well stocked with everything you need from all the beach items you can think of to all the kitchen essentials to games and puzzles. Julie is the best host ever with prompt and helpful communication! We loved the walk to the beach over the boardwalk where we could watch the manatees, alligators, birds etc! We found lots of great shells and had so many delicious meals. What a great week and we do hope to return!
