Unfortunately our flight was canceled and we missed the week. Our friends/family stayed and said they had everything they needed to make it a great stay.

From the first interaction with the host, I knew this was going to be an anzing stay! The process was simple and very clear with no hidden fine print. The condo was in a great neighborhood, very clean and well equipped. It was very quiet but I also understand this is the off season, according to a lady I met at the pool. We had EVERYTHING we needed and any questions we had were immediately answered from the owner.
We were walking distance to the best beach on the island. We brought our own chairs however there was plenty of beach equipment including a buggy to take it all to the beach with ease.
I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a pleasant stay on the island.

The condo, the complex, the location, the town, and especially Marie are incredible! This is a small complex so not too busy and exactly what we were looking for. You will have everything you need and more. And working with Marie is a dream!

Great experience
My husband and daughters and I spent a week at this unit. It was very clean with plenty of room for the four of us, and stocked with everything we needed for the week. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the large screened-in lanai over-looking the pool everyday. The location was exactly what we were looking for with less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. The owner provided all of the information about the unit ahead of time, everything was as we were told and easy to access. The owner was also easy to get ahold of and responsive. We definitely would rent this unit again.

We had a totally amazing time on Marco. The location was perfect. It is in a quiet area with easy beach access. There are so many good restaurants in Marco. The condo was very clean and fully stocked. It was comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend!

This was a very clean and safe place to stay. We had privacy and it was very quiet. We had access to the pool and grill. We used both and had no issues waiting in line or being overcrowded. A beach cart with an umbrella and other items were furnished as well. There were lots of extra blankets and bedding. There were games and other items in a large walk-in closet. Everything was very thought out and stocked. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to others. Howard and Marie were easy to reach with any questions or suggestions as well. ❤️🌞

This was a very clean and safe place to stay. We had privacy and it was very quiet. We had access to the pool and grill. We used both and had no issues waiting in line or being overcrowded. A beach cart with an umbrella and other items were furnished as well. There were lots of extra blankets and bedding. There were games and other items in a large walk-in closet. This condo unit is very well represented by the pictures on the listing. Marie is an extremely hospitable owner who want to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. We really enjoyed the spacious lanai- ate breakfast everyday on it, and dinner when we ate in. We practically had the pool to ourselves most of the week, which was very nice considering we were in the middle of a pandemic. I will also add that we REALLY appreciated the fact that Marie and Howard followed CDC guidelines during COVID. We had an awesome stay and would have stayed longer if we didn't have to get back to work!!

Nice Condo. This condo is like home away from home. it is very comfortable. We loved the screened in porch . It is in a great location and a short walk to the beach. Owners were great to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

Great condo
This condo is in a great location and a short walk to the beach. It is very spacious and having the second bedroom was great for our kids. Unlike some of the condos we have stayed in that skimp on supplies and kitchenware this condo has everything to prepare meals...and there is plenty of dishwasher tablets, soap, TP etc. so we had no concerns about running out of anything. The owner replied very quickly to all of my messages and was very helpful. We had a great time here and would recommend this condo to other families.

Clean, great location, we felt safe. Property well cared for and kitchen was well stocked as we did some cooking each day in the condo. Nice to have the cart and chairs for the beach at our access. We sat on the lanai each morning and evening. Pool was very nice also.

Great time at Marco!
Just got back after staying at this condo for 10 days over the holidays. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The condo and property were exactly as advertised and the owners were great to work with - very responsive and friendly. In our situation we were able to coordinate a little later check out due to flight schedules and the owners were really great about it and we appreciated the flexibility very much!! Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend you consider renting this condo!

This place is very clean and fully equipped with amenities. Definitely the nicest condo we ever stayed at in Marco. Easy walking distance to the shopping square, 7 eleven and the beach. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

The property is very well situated and furnished. Lots of little extras like pool toys, beach cart etc which help enhance our ability to take maximum advantage of the location. We had everything we needed.

Excellent For a Family Beach Vacation
We had a wonderful time. Condo was exactly as promised and pictured. Owners were wonderful to work with an answered questions very quickly (This was my first VRBO experience so I had a lot of questions). Owners also offered info about other things to do on the island and places to eat. This is a corner unit so lanai was larger than other units. Master bedroom has a door to lanai so we could sleep with door open and had fresh air. Codo complex is small (12-14 units) so it was quiet. Condo and grounds were clean and well maintained with ample parking. The pool was the perfect size for our young kids and it was a short 3 block walk to the beach! The outdoor grill works (an earlier traveler mentioned it was broken). Condo was stocked with everything needed for the beach and pool (lots of towels, sand toys, beach cart, chairs, cooler and umbrella). I would HIGHLY recommend working with this owner! We plan to return again and stay here.
