Personalet er så søde, smilende, imødekommende og meget hjælpsomme. Jeg har boet på hotellet flere gange, så jeg føler mig nærmest "hjemme". Jeg kan varmt anbefale hotellet både til single rejsende, familier eller par.

Hyggelig lejlighed med gamle smukke træmøbler. Lejligheden er stor og rummelig og tilgængelig også med elektrisk kørestol. Personalet var søde, hjælpsomme og ville gerne gøre alt for et godt og behageligt ophold. Det lille køkken indeholder alt til at tilberede mindre måltider. Lejligheden er stor nok til, at rumme en helt lille familie på 4. Dejligt badeværelse med badekar. Terrasse med udsigt til dejlig poolområde og grøn beplantning. Igen med let tilgængelig også fra kørestol. Der var livredder ved poolen - det var fornemt.
Desværre var baren ved poolen allerede lukket ned for sæsonen. Heldigvis kunne man skaffe mad fra den anden hotelbygning forsat.

the location was brilliant - 200 yards down the road was a lovely sandy beach with 2 little beach bars.
Bus stop into Chania was just outside and the buses ran every 15 mins into the centre of town.

The room had a nice big balcony, the breakfasts were really nice, good pool, friendly staff and really close to the beach.
Quite a lot of steps from our room to reception and you have to cross 2 roads to get there.

Great location near to the beach and short bus journey into Chania,rooms cleaned every day.

Location was a short stroll to the sea, a slightly longer loop walk brought you to plenty of reasonable midrange restaurants doing a mix of greek and italian menus. At 2.5 km walk along the seafront you could reach Chania old harbour with a wide variety of shops and restaurants

Lovely duplex, clean and comfortable, good AC, two nice pools, lovely staff, plenty of restaurants and several shops all in walking distance. Chania short bus drive or can walk in 30 minutes

The apartment was a great size, a fabulous pool area, and an excellent gym facility.
Just little things, really, like a plug for the kitchen sink and cleaning accessories for the kitchenette.

Loved the fact that there was a lifeguard on duty in the pool all the time. Free babysitting! The lovely lady in the cafe (not next to main reception, other part) was so kind. Couldn't do enough for us. Also loved the rooms, very stylish furnishings, some antiques. Not cheap like usual hotel. Beautiful flowers everywhere. The gym was great too.
Some of the reception staff were really rude.. Also didn't like the fact that the pool closed at 6, and the bar at 6 or 8. WAY too early.

Amazing reception, personnel, and cleaning staff. It was a fun, easy experience. It felt like being on a cloud without any problems, a dream come true! The apartment has everything you need, supermarket and the best beach right next to the hotel.
Only suggestion: Photos don't make justice of how beautiful and well located the place is

We loved our stay, really good value for money, nice location within easy walk of several great beaches, 40 minute lovely coastal path walk into Chania Old Town, and easy cheap bus ride back from town. Had been described as having no shower but it had a bath and shower head you could attach above standing height which was perfect. Pool is open 10-6 which meant it wasn't noisy in the early mornings and evenings.

Great location very close to the beach, friendly and helpful staff, hot water all the time, nice pool, great coffee. Definitely recommend it and would visit again.
Pool working hours is 10am-6pm which didn't bother us in any way, but good to have in mind

Apartment was spotless.
Breakfast was very good.
Very quiet, especially if you go to the other pool across the road from the reception.
Bus service into Chania is every 15 minutes.

Very roomy and clean apartment. Aircon included, safe also included. Nice clean pool. Nice location very near several beaches, regular buses on the doorstep to take you to Chania centre for just 1.10 euros, but also within easy walking distance if you use the coastal path. Staff were excellent, very welcoming.
Breakfast could have been a little better managed, as there was often a shortage of milk, and no choice of skimmed or semi-skimmed. There was only green tea for my first five days, but there was plenty of selection of food which was regularly replenished. Fruit juice from a dispenser was flavoured with concentrate, not too nice.
