Es un gran condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con alfombra nueva, azulejos y pintura. El salón tiene un sofá convertible de matrimonio, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD con puertas corredizas de vidrio al balcón. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, vestidor, tocador y vestidor con grandes ventanas soleadas. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, TV de pantalla plana y un paquete y juego. El cuarto de lavado tiene una nueva lavadora y secadora (así que empaca a la ligera).

We had a wonderful time at this property. The place was generally clean and Barbara was very responsive with questions! I would recommend bringing your own pack and play. The provided pack and play had brown spots on all the walls and looked dirty. Luckily, my infant isn't one to lick or press his face onto the walls of his crib. It would have been gross if he did. Pool is heated, but pool and hot tub closed down when the weather was chilly so you can't use either. Grill is not in condo. You need to track down the onsite manager to get it. We didn't bother with it and just cooked with the oven.

We want to come back again to this gorgeous, pristinely clean, and light filled oceanfront condo. We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we walked in. Incredible panoramic views from the balcony and the master bedroom.
Exchanges with the owner were promptly answered and very pleasant.
Five stars all around.

Everything was as advertised. Excellent location, beachfront, all the amenities and a very relaxing home feel. High speed internet, cable etc. other than buying food to cook nothing else is needed.
We will always try to book this when we are staying in Cocoa Beach.

Most clean home we’ve ever stayed at. The view from the balcony was amazing! 100% relaxation and not too crowded. Close to area shops but far enough away to be just right. Loved the layout of the Condo. Again, can’t say enough about how much we appreciated the attention to detail.

This is the second year that we have gone as a family to stay at this condo. We love everything about it and always have a fantastic time! The place is spotless, has everything you need and the most amazing view! I highly recommend.

The property and unit was just as nice as our previous stay 5 years ago. The beach isn’t crowded at all and area is quiet at night. There is plenty of parking even for large SUV’s. This is a great place to view launches from Kennedy Space Center even from the balcony. The owners were great and prompt with all communications. No complaints!

This condo was fantastic! It’s right on the beach with wonderful unobstructed views. We were able to watch a night launch, cruise ships, thunderstorms and sailboats cruising by from our balcony or master bedroom window. The condo has an umbrella, 6 beach chairs and sand toys. The pantry had extra paper products (probably donated from previous travelers) which was nice. Full sized washer/dryer in the unit for convenience. Owners are fantastic and reply to emails immediately! It’s an easy drive to the theme parks. Give Frosty Nauts (rolled ice cream) and Coconuts (outside dining) a try! Thanks for the memories 🏖️😃

This was a wonderful accommodation for my family at cocoa beach. The view was perfect, check-in/out was easy and plenty of easy access to anything you might need! Very clean and friendly people!

We enjoyed the property. Our only dissapointment was the noise Monday-Friday from work being done on the building.
I had been called a few days before checkin advising me that painting would restrict our being able to come & go Wed-Fri from 9AM - 3PM. We were not prepared for the hammering and saws all day. The work needs to be done, so it was just bad timing. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and hope to return to Cocoa Beach next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Cocoa Beach. The condo was well-furnished and the views from the balcony were amazing. The unit had everything we needed and the check-in/check-out procedures were very simple. We look forward to returning again soon.

The condo itself was great and so was the listing party. Unfortunately there were some concerns at the facility that were out of the control of the owner. The owner immediately offered 2 solutions to make the situation better. There was concrete work going on and the hot tub under repair. I would choose to stay with this owner again and TRULY appreciate their help in addressing our concerns. We did end up moving condos but really appreciated the help and quick responses!

This place has everything that you need and more. Great location, the swimming pool was warm perfect for swimming, its just a few steps to the beach. The apartment has the best beach view that you can ask for. I took awesome sunrise pictures. This place has a good amount of towels and pillows. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the tools/equipment that I needed for my stay. They also had a pack-and-play and a baby chair if you need it. Parking was easy to find. My family had no issues at all... it was a pleasant stay.

Location and views!! We were able to watch the SpaceX launch right from the patio. Love the private beach access and that this unit is minutes from Cocoa Beach Pier. Highly recommend!

Nicely furnished place with comfortable beds, clean floors and well equipped kitchen. View could not be better. Lots of towels chairs and beach toys so no need to bring. We had a brief issue with the A/C which needs to be fixed long term but was a quick fix for us with a restart. Also a plumber needed to come in to fix the shower drain. But other than those inconveniences during the stay we couldnt ask for a nicer place.

My family had a great time swimming at Cocoa and exploring Kennedy Space Center. Condo was great and we took advantage of the amenities. We like to cook, and found everything we needed. Owners were a pleasure to work with.

You could not ask for a better condo in Cocoa Beach. To start with, your view from the living room, master bedroom and balcony is nothing but beach and ocean. So beautiful.
Secondly you could spend your entire vacation within a mile of this condo if you wanted. Publix is less than a mile away as are several great bars and restaurants. Everything you need for the beach, including chairs, umbrellas and toys are all provided. Plus Sandcastles has a very nice pool and jacuzzi.
The condo is immaculately clean. I mean even the grout in the showers is sparkling. The appliances are top of the line (even the toaster) and everything you would need to cook three meals a day is there.
Lastly it's hard to say enough good things about the owners, Patrick and Barbara. They are SO EASY to communicate and work with, easily some of the best owners we have ever dealt with.
So you can stop looking. If you want a beachfront condo in Cocoa Beach, book this one.

The condo has all the comforts of home and everything you need for the beach. The condo is nicer than it looks in the pictures. The views of the beach were great and the property is just as described.

Couldn't ask for a better vacation spot. Everything from the location and condo accommodations to the pool and beach was perfect! Kayaked with a tour group down the street and traveled to Epcot for a day. I recommend Grills Seafoood & Tiki Bar in Port Canaveral; a short drive from the condo.
