Location and mountain views Good quality and variety of food, buffets and friendly staff. Also option of exploring area on a jeep.

Uncomfortable hard mattress, no tea coffee maker, balcony covered with mess blocking actual intake of great view, no toiletries except soap tablet.

Property is very big. Location is good.

We were 5 families and had booked 5 orange rooms in the property. We stayed one day for weekend. But rest is bad. Our room AC was not working. Electrician worked on it for 30 mins. Nothing happened. Then we were given another room after the delay. Other rooms also had problems like the ceiling was spoilt with leakage. Smelly rooms. Food is just ok. They don’t adhere to the timings. Tea was served late. Pillow covers had water marks and oil marks. Not cleaned properly. Fan was covered with thick dust. Property has lots of stray dogs. Though they don’t disturb you. I will not recommend this place unless the management improves things.

I liked cleanliness, food quality and hygiene was good, event , band was good

AC was not working but it's cold out there currently hence not an issue.
