My family and I truly enjoyed the property. We plan on returning next year.

The house was beautifully decorated and kitchen had everything you would need! Lots of beach chairs which were in great shape! We loved sitting on the decks for drinks and meals! The best part for our family was the backyard lawn for our dogs! And the location of the house was perfect too… could walk to several restaurants, which was nice since we had a 2 month old with us. Loved everything !!!

Property was very spacious and clean when we arrived. The owners even left a tray of cookies for us on the counter which was really nice! Access to the beach was easy, views of the beach were amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

What an incredibly property and so much more then expected. It's been remodeled so the kitchen is high end and their are scratch proof hardwood floors throughout. No carpeting like shown in the pics. The view from the master is breathtaking. The ocean is the best sound on the planet. The home was emaculate with everything you could want and the hosts were sooo accommodating. Down to me leaving my speaker there and tgem finding it for me after I left. The downstairs is like an inlaw suite. So nice to have a separate spot for privacy. It's def more casual in Brigantine but Margate is close by if your looking for more upscale resturants. Our fav was cellar 32 in Brigantine and Soulberri Coffe and Smoothies was our second fav. Yiannas was great too. We can't say enough great things! Thank you Jerry for all of your help! You're the best.

Just returned from a one week stay at this property and want to let the world know how great it was! :) The pictures online do not do the house justice. It is completely renovated, modern, and has beautiful views of the beach, especially on the third floor. Could not be more pleased and would return in a heartbeat! Thank you, Jerry.

Great location that is pet friendly! Just a short walk to the beach. The 3rd deck is perfect to catch some rays while looking out at the ocean. The backyard is wonderful for pets.

We had a very nice stay. Everything is new and the house is clean and well equipped. Everything is working as expected with no issues. There is a nice yard for pets and a new grill. This was our second stay here and we would love to come back again.

The place is great, Its a super clean, comfortable house, modern and lots of space. Right next to the beach, nice views of the ocean, close to things in town. We had a very nice stay, hope to go back next year.

The sunrises from our deck, amazing ocean view, full moon over the ocean, dolphins, seals, birds galore and a beautiful, well appointed, comfortable, amazing place to call home.... we were truly beyond blessed! This is a beautiful and spacious home. It was the cleanest vrbo we’ve ever stayed at. The views and location were perfect. Our little yorkiepoo also enjoyed the fenced in yard. We will be back!

Rental was extremely clean. Location was right on the beach. Atlantic City was scary and were told to stay away. from the boardwalk after sunset.

The location could not have been better and Jerry is a great host. The beach access was so convenient, the view spectacular, and the dogs loved the backyard. We cooked a lot due to rainy weather and kitchen was a bonus. There aren't many pantry items so don't forget to bring your own if you plan to cook.

My husband and I took our dog and had a wonderful time at the beach. Brigantine is very dog friendly. The house was spacious and beautiful with great views of the ocean.

We had a wonderful week! The house is lovely and spacious and the location and view is great! The top floor deck especially is amazing!

What an amazing, magnificent property. Totally renovated with state of the art kitchen, counters and flooring throughout. The location is right on the ocean, with beautiful deck views. We are coming back next year. Jerry, the owner is easy to reach and truly cares about his renters. five stars are not enough of a rating. It exceeds your expectations in so many ways!

This three level home was perfect for our three families and being able to bring our dogs was the best feature. Jerry was very helpful and accommodating. We will hopefully be back again next year.
