Very comfortable stay. Perfect setting. Great location. Really couldn’t ask for more.

The condo was exactly as described and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean. There were two parking spaces provided which was great because we brought two cars. The condo was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and easy access to hiking trails.

Great communication from the host! Very clean, great location, quiet, and is stocked with everything you need. The host went out to their way to help us extend our stand and was very prompt in communication. The location is walkable to the downtown area, very clean and much better than a local motel. Would highly recommend the property.

Days before checking in I asked ONE QUESTION of the host. He told me I'm a red flag with demands before even checking in, and he doesn't want to chance me being there. He said he's refunding me. I had to book another property. Next day he said he's not refunding. Next day he said 50-70% refund. Next day he went back to full refund, and then no refund. It took me 8 days to get vrbo to refund me, hours and hours on phone. I found out afterwards that Host has a tshirt business in town, this is where guests pick up key and go through "orientation"!!! As a guest I urge you to Google his name and business, you will read true reviews of this gentleman. He owns multiple rentals, so be aware and save yourself a very unpleasant experience with a very unreasonable, aggressive man.

The property was clean and well-maintained. It was stocked with everything we needed. The area was also amazing. We were able to walk to lunch and dinner and even to the main drag to shop around. The views in the area are gorgeous. There isn't a view from the property, but Sedona is so beautiful, the views from the parking lot will take your breath away. The host is very communicative and specific so there are no questions about what the expectations of the property are. The place met all of our needs for a moms away weekend.

The location of this area was superb in Uptown Sedona. Private and secluded. Walking distance to storefront shopping, coffee shops and restaurants and eateries. Condo had an excellent layout. Open space for lounging, reading, watching TV, playing board games. Open kitchen provided ease of cooking and was fully stocked with living supplies. Even laundry soap was provided making IR easy to launder and pack light. Ample storage with desks in both bedrooms and tons of closet space. Good use more hangers and possibly some built in drawers. Back yard was fenced and private with an upper and lower parking spot. Hiking trails nearby. Seriously worth the price and was extremely convenient to access anything in town needed. Grocery stores and drug store in close proximity. View were outstanding from property with seating in front and out back. Steven was easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay immensely. It snowed the entire visit and most hiking was out. Even still we visited the airport look out. Took in Tuzugoit National Monument and Montezuma Castle & Montezuma Well National Monuments. We visited the cute town of Jerome and Cottonwood. Hung out in uptown. We did hike to Cathedral Rock which was awesome!!! Spent time at Tlaquepaque art village. Amazing in a hiking town that we had so much to do. Didn’t regret the snow as it made for extraordinary pictures. Give this property a stay…you will love the tranquility and the amenities!

We arrived on Christmas Day and met Steven as planned in the magic spot. Stayed 4 nights in Confo #3. There are lots of rules however a bit overkill IMO. We studied up and followed to a tee. Being Christmas I had prepared a meal to bake in the oven. There were no baking ( cookie sheets) pans or casserole dishes so be prepared with disposable cookware. However there are nice stovetop pots and frying pans and a large bowl. Unfortunately the baking part of the oven did not light( gas) although the broiler DID work which was great but, made it difficult to not burn your meal. Luckily I brought my own foil ,Saran wrap, baggies etc.. He has been made aware and will be having someone look into this. Most folks won’t need the oven as there are so many places to eat. The location, parking is great! The bedding was clean, comfortable. We spent little time there but found it very convenient and Steven was responsive. The laundry was super handy as well. Great wifi.. no cable but honestly there’s so much to do you won’t need TV. Would recommend a stay here if you happen to be looking in beautiful Sedona.

Owner of property would only text as he owns multiple businesses and would not answer calls. Had to text while inbound and wait at a curb to get key. Decent furniture, no lamps beside beds or couch. No dressers only closets (limited hangers) to store clothes. No cable channels, only 4 stations, internet only. Well located, parking was very easy at condo.

The condo was in a great location. Easy walk to restaurants and downtown. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Only negative was that there isn’t a dining room /kitchen table to eat at. It is a kitchen island table that is very uncomfortable to sit at. Otherwise it was a terrific place to stay.

We loved it, it had everything we needed, was just like the pics, management was easy to ask if there was a Q, and you could not ask for a better location.

It was close to town and very quiet around the condo.The back parking gets flooded.so glad there was parking in front.Needs a couple of more skillets and a blender.

The condo is located in great spot. In walking distance to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, hikes. It's equipped with all tge essentials that one migh need. I picked up the keys from the owner, he gave a brief orientation and checkrd in with me towards the end of the day to see if everything was ok. Very happy with my booking. Will stay there agsin.

This place is within walking distance to main shopping tourist area, restaurants, tours etc. This place is clean with seating outside in the front and table and chairs outside private fenced in patio. There are few decorations in the condo and limited dishes but when I requested an item like wine glasses or coffee maker (other was broke) owner provided them. There is Netflix available for free, nice size fridge and freezer. Bedrooms each have comfy beds, one desk and lamp very spacious closet space. The condo is located in a quiet area off the main strip so that was nice but no view from condo. Great private parking! The other reviews are correct on the rules that are asked and check in process but we didn’t have an issue with them. Once again it is very plain but clean place. We loved the recliner. We were out and about most the time hiking or enjoying music etc so we didn’t care about if there is decor or not because it had what we needed and the price was great. Near a great trailhead too. If you are easily irritated by rules and expectations then this is not your place. If you want to clean place to stay That is quiet and relaxing and near everything then book it! We would stay again. Likes - modern, location, stocked with paper products/soaps, in condo washer/dryer, ice maker, off street parking and tourist pamphlets. Improvements: add a living room clock, replace carpet, shower head, stained wash cloths, and revise cumbersome check in process.

This property exceeded my expectations, the location was excellent, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The place was comfortable and very clean with all the amenities you would need. The washer and dryer was an added bonus. The beds were so comfortable my friend had to check the brand of the mattress. Loved the private fenced patio. We were uptown Sedona but it was so quiet and peaceful. The price was amazing for this property. The host was a super nice guy, checked in with us after we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed. I would give it a 10 star rating if I could
