We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was equipped with the things we needed for our week long stay. The location of this condo was great! Close to stores and restaurants. The condo owner was quick to respond to messages.

There was problem after problem- we left a day early. The decks were new. However, nothing worked right: 2nd bathroom sink didn’t work, toilet seat was broken and sort of repaired but it didn’t stay repaired. No coffee maker, no Wi-Fi, not clean …. Just one thing after another …. Owner did get back to us and sent cleaning crew out at 9 pm on our 1st night…. Place was not clean, floors not mopped, dirt on kitchen counter- the excuse was that they didn’t have time… we didn’t get there until 5 pm. I think the cleaning company is scamming the owner but that’s me. It was outdated, but that isn’t a big deal at the beach…. It was the stuff breaking daily, lack of ability to hold meetings for work when needed, lack of working bathroom stuff, no coffee in the morning … etc.. disappointed for sure

We had a great first trip. Property manager is also was great to work with and was very quick to reply to any questions.
Cons:
had issues getting into the gate so my husband walked to the room and got the gate key. No issues after that.
The screen on the screen door was ripping off so that made the place look a little sketch. Once we got inside our minds were changed! Condo was very nice.
Ceiling fan in the master bedroom could only be used on low. Looks like it should maybe be replaced. Again not a big deal.
Toilets could’ve been more clean.
Pros:
condo is completely stocked with pretty much anything you could’ve needed from body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent. More than enough towels and linens! The only two things missing were qtips and tissues (which were not expected)
Perfect place to stay right in between the ocean and pool.
Great ocean views and sounds from the room.
Plenty of parking.
Great location for food and family activities.

Our first visit to Emerald Isle was made even more enjoyable by the lovely accommodations of this Queen’s Court condo. The location and proximity to the beach, as well as to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment was so convenient! The condo was very clean and well appointed and we started our mornings with coffee on the deck watching the sun come up over the water. It was perfect! Thank you for allowing us to spend this past week in your beautiful beach home!

Location was great! The condo was nice. Right by the beach! Very nice pool. A lot of shopping, food, and ice cream near by. Also there are activities for the whole family! And a short drive to NC Aquarium!

We loved the location of the condo. We loved our first visit to Emerald Isle. The keyless entry was confusing. We never figured out how to lock the door when we left. The pots and pans could definitely use an upgrade. Overall our stay was good.

Lovely beach condo
My family and I really enjoyed this lovely condo. There’s a view of the ocean from almost every room. Condo was very clean, easy access to the beach, pool was clean & refreshing. We had a fabulous beach vacation. Thank you!

Okay stay
Had trouble entering gate and storage lock wouldn’t work
Maintenance came next day and replaced batteries

The gate code wasn't working or the storage code, but once you have the key card its fine. We stored our beach things in the car, parking was always available. Pool wasnt open because of covid, but we had a great time. We had to do a little cleaning once arriving, and a vacuum would have been very useful but its a great place. This is a great place to stay for a week.

Beautiful Island and area nice property.
The area is gorgeous and the building and property was nice. We had some issues with check in as when we arrived the code for the gate did not work. We arrived around 10:30 pm. I was abke to reach the owner who advised I would ha e to walk into the property a d use the door code at the unit and get a gate key. I was not happy that I had to leave my car parked at the gate and walk to the door with a 7 yr old and 2 13 yr olds alone at 10:30 at night. Aside from that issue our stay was good. The kids loved the pool area. The condo was clean and the kitchen area looks newly updated and stocked with every gadget we needed. We had no isses with any if the appliances. There were no trash bags and only 1 partial roll of TP per bathroom. No coffee filters. We purchased all these items and left the extras there. The bed in the master was very hard and uncomfortable and the fold out beds were also not very comfortable at all. The girls ended up sleeping on the couches unfolded.
The balconies had a nice ocean view and the showers had good water pressure and stayed hot. The location is close to the beach with easy access by an elevator and walking under a walkway through 2 buildings. It was not far at all. Parling was available right by the elavator most days and was always right by our building. Overall we had a good stay but beware of coming later in the evening or you cannot get in with the gate code.

Dirty Condo
The condo was dirty:
Shower and tubs were dirty visible scum build up
Black on the bottom of the shower curtain (entire bottom)
Mirrors throughout the house were all dirty and smeared
Dust buildup on the vents
Fingerprints and food all over the front of the refrigerator
sliding glass doors were filthy, couldn't see out them
lipstick on glasses on the table setting
Coffee pot was broken so there was a pot there although you had to stand there with a knife to release the coffee.
nails sticking up on the deck, loose railing on the bedroom deck
I tried to contact the owner to give her opportunity to respond to me and she choose not to respond, as I was told she had little to do with the daily care of the condo.

Really great location!
We truly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle- the condo was nice and the low key area was very relaxing. We enjoyed the aquarium in Pine Knoll and the beach was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this location as a nice vacation spot.

Ocean view
We expected more ocean view. We had no clue we were not facing the ocean.The pictures were not true.
The sliding doors sticks and there I I sent one in the master suite.
Also the shower curtains are long and the bottom are very dirty.
For the price I expected more. No wine glasses! The sofas are very low and very uncomfortable .

Didn’t want to leave
The drive to Emerald Isle was a long one. It was all worth it when we entered the door to the place. You definitely felt like you were at the beach before you even stepped out onto the balcony. The decor was fitting to the surrounding area, you did not feel like you were at a hotel. The owners definitely took into account convenience of the renters. The tile floor was easy to clean, the appliances were easy to use, the extra bedding/towels (to name a few things) made they stay enjoyable. All the information needed for the stay was given out prior to arriving. This was a vacation I will not soon forget.

A wonderful two bedroom, beach getaway!!!
Mrs. Toma's condo is a wonderful two bedroom, beach getaway. She has replaced all the appliances and repainted the entire condo. The color of the paint (aqua) and the pictures give it a wonderful beach theme.
The condo is on the second level of the of the second building in a line of four buildings. The family room and the master bedroom each have their own deck which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is partially obscured only because of the large dune that separates the beach from buildings. Other than that, the view from the decks is really nice.
Beach access is very easy. In addition, there is a very nice pool with the condos.
The location is great with short drives to various activities on the island or back across the bridge to the mainland.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Mrs. Toma's Queen Nicole.

A great condo and a great vacation
The apartment is pristine -- ceramic tiled, very clean and pleasantly decorated. There are plenty of linens and the appliances are all new and upscale. The location is close to grocery stores and a shopping center. And the beach is right beyond the dunes. Wide at low tide with fine ocean breezes and a fine, but not too big, surf. In short, great living space on a great beach.

Great location, the Queen Nicole condo has everything for great beach get away. The Queens Court has private beach access, and a gazebo to hide from the hot sun, close to shopping, and eating out. The condo is very clean, and tastefully decorated. The owner is super nice and accessible. We had a great time there and will definitely come back!!!

Great little town and condo- calm, welcoming and comfortable. Plenty of local, low key places.
The condo was the perfect place to stay- 2 decks with ocean views, fully loaded and stocked kitchen, plenty of room and a walkway right to the beach. Close to a grocery store, local restaurants, and a friendly atmosphere.
My only suggestion would be not to require washing and folding linens on top of a cleaning fee. It should be included, and is quite difficult (perhaps impossible) to accomplish by or before checkout time.

What a blessing! We love Emerald Isle and the Queen Nicole!
The home is gorgeous, and the view of the ocean is just beautiful! We are so thankful to the family that let us stay in their home this past week! They have put a lot of love into their condo and we couldn’t be more happy or appreciative! We will most definitely be coming back, hopefully for a longer stay next time! Everything was just amazing, and beautiful memories were made!

Broken down & rusty.
The dishwasher was broken, the fridge & freezer were broken too. Everything was old and rusty. The AC barely worked, thank God or I would've demanded my money back. This place needs an update so badly, it was painful to stay here. The property manager did provide a small college fridge and cleaned the foul smell from the dishwasher, though it couldn't be used. We did not do any cooking here as counter space was very limited and only plastic dishes available. Location was great for the wedding we attended at the Watson House and everyone we met was very freindly. We were hoping for better. We did wash all the sheets as requested and left the place in better condition than we found it. The owner, via messages, was very nice, but when you dish out $$$, you expect appliances to at least work. The room near the front was lit up at night so brightly, my kids couldn't sleep. It reminded me of a Seinfeld episode, you know the one...they should add some curtains.
