We love the two master bedrooms with King beds. Both have balcony access which is amazing when you take your in-laws with you:) The Condo was clean and so comfy. It was ideal for our family vacation with our kids. It is so close to Pier Park, but far enough away to not feel crowded.

This place is simply amazing for kids and families to make memories. Great communication with property manager. We will definitely be back for future stays!

We chose Splash due to the amenities it offers young children. The location is about 30 minutes from downtown PCB (marina access) and 30 minutes from the "30A" areas of Watersound, etc. (lots to do there!). There was just enough space for 5 adults and 2 kids (5 and 7). The property was clean enough (see below) and offered just enough to get our stay started before a run to the store. Balcony was super nice.
Pre-trip communications with the owner were prompt and helpful; we had no issues pop up during our stay. A/C, kitchen, and bathrooms functioned well.
The elevator waits were not terrible and we had the option to use the stairs (note: the unit is actually on the 4th floor - there is Ground, Lobby, and then 2, 3, etc.). The beach chair rental included with the property was a nice touch. Security staff on property was friendly and helpful (young man transplanted to PCB from the PNW).
My only suggestion would be to install hand towel bars in the en suite on the east end. The property is also probably due for deeper clean than what is done in-between guests (some grime on doors, in corners, and near door handles, etc.) and a fresh coat of paint on the whites to make it sparkle.
Over all, we would stay again!

Our family vacation was great!! As far as the resort there are a few things that I feel could be better, but this condo we stayed in was really nice. It was very clean and very well stocked. The beds and furniture were comfortable. I really like the balcony where we could sit and enjoy morning coffee or lunch on the picnic table. The renter was responsive before with all my questions and we would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a fabulous time in this unit. The unit was very roomy and clean. The younger ones not only loved the beach but also the splash pad. It was nice to have two chaises and an umbrella included already and set up each morning. The unit was super quiet. The owner was very informative with details on the check-in process and all other necessary information. I highly recommend this unit.

Absolutely loved our stay. The condo was beautiful, clean and had a perfect view of the water. The water park was amazing. A great place for families to go. I will definitely be going back there and staying at the same condo very soon ❤️

The Condo was very clean and decor beautiful. We had beautiful weather while there and great food. The only problem we had was the sliding grass door from den to balcony was very hard to open. We used the sliders in the bedrooms easier to open. Thank you for having such a clean place for us to enjoy our week. We also loved that it was a corner unit.

The condo was clean, organized and had everything we needed for our family. The kids amenities are great and the condo is a short distance from pier park and lots of great places to eat! Wonderful views and easy beach access. We will definitely book this condo again!

Our grandkids love staying at Splash, so we are always looking for a condo with two masters and bunk beds and this one fit the bill-also on a low enough floor that we utilized the stairs quite often. Condo had everything we needed and was clean, convenient and close to all our favorite places. A great place to stay!

We typically go to PCB in July and decided to go for spring break this time and wow, the weather couldn't have been better! Definitely recommend going in April/May ! Loved our time there and look forward to going back.

I appreciated the little details like nice, clean furniture, and plenty of extra blankets, towels, and dish-ware. I would love to come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and gorgeous. We had an awesome view of the beach from our balcony. The pools were great for my nephew. The convenience of the beach chairs was great. The owner responded immediately when I called about the beeping fire alarm and maintenance responded within the hour. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and have a great time with family or friends.

This room was more than we expected. It had plenty of kitchenware, even had a pack n play. The only “problem” I would say is the living room door to the balcony was insanely hard to open. Otherwise the room was perfect. The resort on the other hand had plenty of amenities, but our building had a fire emergency, and the fire alarms were hardly able to be heard in the actual condo. Others said it was similar in their rooms as well. And the resort doesn’t have a ramp to the beach, so taking all of our stuff in a wagon was a hassle. 2 sets of stairs just to get to the sand. The lazy river also had a low amount of ring floats. Looking back on our 10 day trip though, it was really nice and the room was great.

Beautiful beach trip
Staying in 307E was perfect! The room is so spacious and clean. The deck has the best views of the ocean . The condo looked exactly like the photos. We could not have asked for a better stay. The only thing I wish it that we could have stayed longer. We cannot wait to return to this unit at Splash!

Wonderful Unit
Again the unit was great, the property was a disappointment because of 2 reasons one beyond their control was they definitely could’ve made tremendously better this property has splash in/outdoor wster play area but the wster was so cold in it and the pools hardly Anyone was using them instead you had 40 people trying to get into the hot tub. It was over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and it was unseasonably cool So i really believe they should’ve had the wster temperature kicked up quite a bit Ad Everyone else staying there though so too! the other thing the beach was a big construction zone rebuilding the Beach I understand that’s beyond their control And The unit is Awesome But Yeah The trip was a disappointment when you expected to be in the water area a good portion of the time But with that temperature there weren’t many wanting any part of that

Splash Thanksgiving 2021
The condo was beautiful and a perfect size for our family. The only complaint we had was the 24 hour beach construction and unsightly pipeline that took away from the beachfront tranquility of the ocean sounds and beauty but construction isn’t permanent and just happened to be going on the week we were there. I don’t know if there’s a way to check if this kind of thing will be going on beforehand or not. I have no complaints with the property itself, it was pretty perfect 👍 comfortable and clean.

Everything was great. The owner is easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. The condo is nice with comfortable beds, couch and chairs. Love how spacious it was. No complaints!
