It was really clean and comfortable. This place has everything you need and it’s also very close to Central Festival/Foresta. You could totally just walk there.

The landlord prepared everything we need, actually more than we need, and the deco & bedding ware with furnitures are far beyond our expectations, I only have one complaint: The rent is too cheap!

Nice apartment, good facilites, very helpful host. Good value for money.

Very nice room in a peaceful complex with free swimming pool and small gym to use. The building is clean and quiet and the apartment is very well equipped. The host is such a nice guy who will text you all necessary information in a timely manner.

Besides a huge shopping mall across the street, there is nothing much around the Condominium. The downtown is around 25 minutes of walking and the beaches are around 25 or 30 minutes with bus or Tuk Tuk. The bus station is very close, just a minute of walking.

It was peaceful. Much quieter than Patong Beach. Plus it was centrally located.

The drains in the shower smelled bad, sometimes.

Nice management, great communication by owner. Fully stocked kitchen for home living, washing machine on balcony. Nice view. Comfy bed, good shower, strong wifi. Good security. Overall great value. Highly recommended
