Este condominio de 4 unidades se encuentra a pasos del océano ya poca distancia de numerosos restaurantes y bares. El Jolly Trolley está cerca para llevarlo a Rehoboth para más diversión, el paseo marítimo, la vida nocturna y una gran cantidad de restaurantes.
En el primer piso hay un dormitorio principal con una cama King y baño completo. El segundo piso es la sala de estar con una cocina totalmente equipada, amplia sala familiar / área de comedor y 1/2 baño. El plano de planta es abierto y luminoso con 3 puertas corredizas de vidrio (que conducen a la cubierta del segundo piso) para dejar entrar todo ese hermoso sol.
El 3er piso tiene 3 habitaciones. El dormitorio principal con baño completo tiene otra cama King. Una de las habitaciones tiene 2 literas, dobles / individuales y completas / completas. El cuarto dormitorio tiene una reina.
En el cuarto piso se encuentra la terraza privada en la azotea con magníficas vistas del océano y la bahía.
Este es el alquiler perfecto para familias o grupos de adultos. Lo sentimos, debes ser mayor de 25 años para alquilar. Dewey Beach tiene políticas muy estrictas sobre el ruido y el consumo de alcohol entre los menores.

We loved this house! Great location, floor plan & amenities. Would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely home for a family vacation in Dewey Beach.

Great house--clean, plenty of room and close to everything!
Owner was easy to contact and quick to follow up throughout the entire contract. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This home is beautiful and fully equipped with all essentials needed to make our stay enjoyable!
Close to bars and restaurants and a short ride to Rehobeth
& OCMD we always found some place to entertain us in the evenings.
A short walk to the beach was perfect for the very sunny, hot week we were there. We even made it to the beach a few mornings to watch the sunrise, and watched the sunset from the roof top deck as well.
Lots of room to spread out in this 4 floor condo!!
Cindy was great to work with.. always quick to reply back when I had questions prior to and up to the day we arrived.

Great experience. Great communication with the owner. Perfect location, close to the beach, short walking distance to the restaurants (starboard, Dewey brewing co, woodies). Our party was 6 adults and 6 small children (2-10); we all fit comfortably. The house was close enough to the beach, that when the little ones had to use the bathroom, when at the beach, we could just run back. The recent renovations (kitchen and flooring) where a nice touch. We had three cars and could all park on the property with no need for on street parking. We probably could have, easily, gotten one more car on the property.

We came down for LDW with 10 of our friends. The house, location, and the roof deck was AMAZING. Would highly recommend and would love to re-rent this property!

If you are looking for the perfect location in Dewey this would be it. You can see the ocean and the Starboard from the rooftop. We could also see the fireworks on July 4th from the rooftop in so many different places. The beds were very comfortable. The layout was great. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was well equipped. The washer and dryer worked well as so many beach rentals they don't. The AC worked well. The place was very clean. My only suggestion would be to replace the rooftop furniture as it is falling apart. All in all we had a great week and were very comfortable and happy with our VRBO selection. We loved being a few houses in from the beach. It made it easy to come back to the rental to use the bathroom. We would totally rent this property again and hopefully next time there won't be a pandemic and the restaurants and bars will be fully open and back to normal.

Very nice property, and location was great. We took our kids on an early morning bike ride along the road to the boardwalk and then to Gordon's Pond. It was a nice area to bike. The property is just steps from the beach, and a short walk to Grotto's pizza and an ice-cream shop called Vanderwenes, probably the best we've ever had. We used the rooftop deck to play games in the evening as the sun was setting. Very nice stay for our family overall.
