Perfecto para parejas o familias de 4 que buscan un refugio tranquilo, este apartamento está ubicado en una casa de 2 pisos ubicada en un vecindario privado de alta gama conocido como Halcyon Heights en Holetown, St. James.
Cuenta con una decoración relajada con un diseño de planta abierta en la sala de estar, comedor y área de cocina, además de dos amplias habitaciones con armarios empotrados y un baño. Hay un patio con vista a los jardines circundantes donde abundan los árboles frutales como el aguacate, la lima de mango y el coco y una variedad de plantas tropicales. Un área de estacionamiento cómoda está disponible dentro del patio para permitir la entrada y salida fácil.
Estamos muy cerca del Centro de Estilo de Vida Limegrove, que ofrece excelentes restaurantes, bares, cines multiplex y tiendas populares de marcas como Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Mac Makeup y Longchamp, por nombrar algunos. Very nice and clean apartment. Easy to communicate with Sonia when needed. She had a few items for us when we got there, god bless her! We kept in shape by walking back and forth to the beach.

This property is very clean and situated in a beautiful neighborhood. However, transportation is a must OR plan for a hired vehicle (Taxi, etc). The hosts are very accommodating and wonderful a couple. Sonia (owner) made sure I had everything to my comfort and would check in periodically to ask if I needed anything. I felt at home and slept well. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend booking this property.

Sonia and Ian were wonderful hosts, very kind and helpful. The apartment was immaculately clean, communication was great, and the location was perfect for exploring the island. Thank you so much for hosting me in your beautiful home. I would recommend booking a hire car as the road into Holetown has no pavement, there are a few blind corners and cars can travel quite fast. I enjoy walking and it’s only 10mins, but having stubbornly done it once I agreed with Sonia’s recommendation to drive the short distance instead!

This place is very comfortable for working people who need to rest. Also good for a relaxed holiday. We enjoyed our stay en de owners are very nice people. Thank you.

Ian showed around the apartment and wished us a pleasant stay. We turned in exhausted after our long flight and four hour time difference,. But the bed was so hard, we couldn’t sleep. We tried all angles, The following day we told Sonia that it was so uncomfortable and she said no-one had ever complained. We asked for a mattress topper at least. We made up the other bed with both counterpanes under the bottom sheet, but it was just as hard. We spent two nights on this before there was a knock on the intervening door - Sonia bought in a smaller mattress and put it on top of the hard one.l. As the replacement mattress was rolling around on top of the original, we removed the original to the spare room. Only to find the it had been on the bed upside down. Further investigation found the mattress was dated 1990 and had a huge stain in the middle of the upper side. The mattress in the second bedroom was also upside down. The sofa and chair cushions in the lounge were also very worn to the extent that we needed to double them up to prevent sitting on the wooden frames below. The patio was fine, but had not the garden outlook we expected from the description, but was cramped into the corner of the plot, looking onto a breeze block wall and next doors tatty chain link fence. The drains from the main house were just by this patio, and let by odours quite frequently. The original VRBO description of timing from Halcyon Heights to the beach was claimed to be 5-7 minutes walk (which has now been changed on the description from 10 - 15 minutes). The actual mileage from the property to the beach is 1.1 kilometre and not 0.6 kilometre as described on the VRBO website. This road has hardly any sidewalks and is extremely dangerous to walk in the daylight - so after dark absolutely a no no. Therefore we had to hire a car for the whole of the month’s period we were there. When talking to Sonia about the main garden with its mango trees, she told us she had lived there for 20 years. To sum up, the description of this property needs to be wholly reviewed. We spent a lot of money for a very disappointing inadequate property, and had to spend further on a car for the whole period. We are so out of pocket and think VRBO ought to check further on prop

Check in was quick and efficient.Apartment spacious well equipped and comfortable, all as advertised. Safe , quiet neighbourhood. Strong Wi-Fi . Sonia & Ian available by WhatsApp but not intrusive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return
