Exactly as depeicted but cuter! Close enough to the strip but enough away that you can't hear the music. Nice to grab chairs and just sit by the water.

Just off of the busy main street of activity at Geneva on the Lake. Perfect view of the sunset at private lakeside setting. Very clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay. It was the perfect cozy little spot for my husband and I. It’s a bit of a walk to downtown but the taxi golf carts made getting around easy to enjoy a night out and not have to drive back. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend. Check in was simple and easy! Location is close enough for a quick drive, but far enough away from the noise of the town.

This property is very clean and just what we needed to explore GOTL! It was nice to have the beach right outside our door as well. There was one hiccup with our stay that was corrected promptly the next day, we went out and didn’t return to the room until 10pm….my sister went to sleep on the couch which turns into a bed and there were no sheets or pillows in the room. We texted the property manager and they did deliver fresh linens and pillow the next morning, but for 1 of our 2 nights stay we didn’t really have 2 beds advertised and I thought we should have gotten a partial refund for this mishap! Was disappointed nothing was offered. Other than that, the property was clean and a good location!

Loved the picnic area and beach access. Very peaceful and beautiful, and we loved seeing the bald eagles. We made an afternoon of it just enjoying the waterfront. Great location close to GOTL too, once you find it (might be easier just to say the private drive is beside the engine repair shop with the blue roof). Apartment itself is Ok, as pictured. Main improvements would be the comfort of the bed and the flimsy towel racks. We would come back just for the outdoors though!

This is our second time staying within these rental properties. We were not disappointed either time! This cute little rental had just enough space for my spouse, our seven year old, and myself. The kitchen had enough basic necessities for use. The private beach that is shared with other renters is still large enough so it doesn't feel crowded. We loved cooking on the grill and sitting at the picnic table while enjoying the great view of the lake. The pictures of the view do not do it justice. Only dislike is that our fire ring was the farthest from the lake and under the dusk to dawn light. The location of the rental is close enough to the strip but far enough away to have some relaxing time. Already can't wait to book again!

Overall, quite an excellent experience.

I was pleased with the owners on how well the reservation and check in was handled. Chair in living room very dirty could not sit in it. Very cold, we had no way of adjusting the temperature because the thermostat must of been in the apartment above. Picture showed extra blanket on couch and extra pillows, there was none. NO dish cloths and the owner supplied as soon as I called. Very quick. No coffee cups, unless the glass ones in the cupboard was suppose to be used. Did not know about using glass ones. Nice area very quiet. Thank you

My family and I have stayed up and down Lake Erie in various spots between Ashtabula and Madison for 10+ years, and this is my favorite beach we have found. It is a private beach in that it’s not accessible to the public, but there are several other units/cottages that have the same beach access; we encountered 7 other groups of guests in our 2 day stay, but everyone was friendly and respectful of space. It was a GREAT place to swim, and our unit was clean, efficient, and just as advertised. We loved that it was close enough to be at the strip in just a minute or so, but far enough away that we didn’t have to hear all the activity late at night.

The apartment was very neat and clean and just as it was advertised, the location adjacent to the water was perfect, one of the best parts is that it is on a private drive.

Everything about the property was exactly as advertised! Super super clean!! Great quiet location but within walking distance to the strip. Just a great experience and I would HIGHLY recommend!!

The unit was clean but had a very musty smell. It is in an ideal location, right by the water and a close walk to the strip. However, the amenities are lacking (soap, shampoo and towels) for the price of the unit.

It was an easy stay. No surprises. Everything was great.

This property added to our visit to GOTL. Close enough to the strip but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Walking distance to the Township Park and walking & bicycling distance to the strip. Definitely recommending your property to others.

The location was great, just far enough from the main strip to be out of the crowds but just close enough to enjoy them. We were able to find some sea glass on the provided private beach area, as well as some other beach’s we visited and hiked to, which was our main goal on our trip. The only problem we had was the noise from the rooms above us when we tried to get to sleep, which is to be expected all things considered there is not a lot of ways to handle that. Possibly a courtesy note for the people staying in the second floor rooms to let them know there is people under them, but we’re also aware everyone’s just trying to have a good time so we certainly weren’t mad and this will still be the first place we check when we come back.
