The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The Cliffs resort and marina were just ok. Easy parking and eating breakfast on the balcony was the best.

This property and the instant communication with the owners were both wonderful! The space, the location, resort pool and golf course, and the views were all fabulous!
(The only negatives were the carpet and the comfy couches need a good cleaning/replacement.)
Our family is already planning a trip back next summer--hope this timeshare is available!

The area was hit hard by a hail storm earlier this spring. It would be helpful to be advised that there was damage to the property prior to arrival. It was no big issue for us but there may be some that would take issue.
If allowed, we will return.

Nice spacious condo, just what the Dr. ordered for a fantastic Memorial Day weekend stay. My family and I enjoyed looking out over the marina and cove, watching the boats come and go. The owners were courteous, and attentive to our needs and questions. We will be back.

As also our family loves coming to Cliffs Resort. It has something for everyone from golfing, boating, swimming, tennis etc.... The condo was clean and spacious, with a huge balcony overlooking marina- and gorgeous sunsets. Host was very accommodating. We will definitely stay again!

Overall a wonderful location. Property needs some updating on the inside, and community pool near the clubhouse needs updating and better maintenance.
The restaurant on site was good, except they ran out of syrup at 10am.

Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Our family loved that the back porch overlooked the marina and it was close to the water. We had a great time and the space was exactly what we needed.

My husband and I stayed here in May and had the best time. The townhome was perfect, very roomy and a great location. We loved sitting on the balcony at night looking at the water and watching the wildlife. We had deer show up every day for apples. It was so peaceful and the area is stunning! We would definitely stay here again.

This is a spectacular condo, perfect for a long weekend at PK! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The proximity to the marina was perfect since we rented a temporary slip for our boat. The views from the windows and balconies are gorgeous. Unfortunately, we could only enjoy them in the morning since we had pure sunshine and 108 degrees during the day.
Communication was always prompt and check in was a breeze! Mr. Cobb, the Security supervisor and the front gate, was helpful, kind, friendly and welcoming!
We look forward to re-booking in the future!

Beautiful view in a really peaceful place. We love the Cliffs and especially the golf course! We got this place because we were expecting to have our adult son with us but plans changed. It was nice to have the extra room. The place is perfect for a family or two couples. The two fireplaces were used quite a bit because it was colder than normal. I highly recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It had plenty of room for a family and was within walking distance to the marina and beach. We were able to rent a boat for Saturday and the staff at the marina were fantastic. There was a hiccup checking in but they fixed it quickly. I would definitely go back for another weekend trip. Possum Kingdom Lake is absolutely beautiful!

Perfect location, we were in town for a baseball tournament. We loved being by the marina to fish. The property was beautiful.

The condo was amazing. Perfect for a family of five. Located near the marina made it easy to rent the ski boat and for us to take advantage of the beach area daily. Our family will definitely be coming back.

We were very pleased with the condo.It looks better than the picture for sure. The condo was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the big balcony overlooking the marina. One of the prior reviews mentioned that they wished they had brought deer feed to feed the deer, we took that advice and brought some. As we pulled in there was a family of deer waiting for us....and sure enough, we were able to feed them by hand!

Condo is in a great location with a big patio overlooking the marina. Spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for the whole family. Nice to have two and a half baths with teens. Everything worked great. It was nice to be able to walk down to the docks for easy boat access.

So 2 not 3 pools are available and one is tiny and out of the way and had the cooks from the cliffs hanging out there smoking. The other pool is closed on Tuesdays for cleaning! Also having to rent the condo either M-F or weekends is crazy. The spa was closed and the cliffs grill was closed Monday and Tuesday. So too bad If you had to rent M-F. The cliffs marina does not rent knee boards or skis with boat and was closed when we wanted to rent seadoos. The golf course will charge you full price so you have to get the owners involved if you want to be refunded...very embarrassing! As we left we ate breakfast at the cliffs. 5 items were on the menu and 2 of the items, pancakes and waffles, were off cuz no mix left! The egg items, remaining 3 items on menu, were so awful! And it took an hour to be served. All the things we did or restaurants that were good were outside of the cliffs. Recommend staying at The Harbor. It looked very nice!
