This property is perfect. It is right on the bay and the deck is the perfect spot for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Susie was a wonderful host. The house is clean, very well organized, and has everything you need. When we got in, we ordered grocery delivery and were set for the week. We will definitely stay again!

The best place we have stayed at so far at Mission Beach/Bay. The view was fantastic! Things that made it extra sweet were a very well-stocked kitchen, great location, bathtub to bathe toddlers, elevator, pack-n-play, beach chairs umbrella and ice chest if needed. Susie was very helpful and responsive.

Great location, very clean, spacious and well maintained. The large patio provides a 180-degree view of the bay. Susie is organized and very helpful. The unit has two parking spaces which was very nice, but the smaller one was tight and took some practice. We have vacationed in Mission Beach for more than thirty years and would certainly return to this property.

This condo was perfect for our long weekend. The location is amazing right on the bay and short 2 blocks from the ocean on the other side. The condo has a big deck and table for relaxing and dining overlooking the bay and bayside boardwalk. It was so peaceful and quiet, especially in the mornings and evenings. And bonus that you can see the Seaworld fireworks! And the energy and activity of the beach side boardwalk is just a few minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance as well as the Catamaran resort. The inside is very spacious and super clean and has everything you need to entertain or just hang out and relax. The elevator for unloading and loading bags and groceries, etc was very helpful and having two parking spaces so friends and family could easily visit was a luxury. Susie was a great host-very responsive, helpful and easy to work with. Overall a fantastic place and one we will definitely visit again. Thanks for a great trip!!

This is such an awesome condo..the accomodations were wonderful, the view phenomenal (free fireworks across the bay for night time enjoyment) the outside patio deck was perfect...you will love this place..thank you Suzie for making us "the hostess with the mostess" for family reunion!

Susie is absolutely the best host we have ever had the privilege of staying with. Every detail is well thought out. Susie makes you feel at home and very comfortable. From guidance of activities around the area to some great restaurant recommendations. Everything in the home is clean, well kept and maintained. Met family to celebrate our recent wedding. The kitchen and house had everything we needed. The outside deck and bay front beach area were perfect. It was spotless (and I am picky). Walked everywhere.

We had a great time staying at the beach house. Check in was easy, the location was great, and everything was as advertised. There was plenty of beach stuff... towels, chairs, cooler, and toys. Communication was clear and helpful.

Communication with Suzie was easy and great. She quickly addressed a weather related problem we had in the rainiest, windiest winter anyone could remember. This top level of a three-story is exactly as advertised, and the elevator was appreciated for luggage up and down. We absolutely loved the large balcony with a fabulous view. There’s room to eat out there or just sit and relax. Three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths was just right for three adult couples. The beds are made of something other than regular mattress which I thought I might not like but I slept well. Sort of like a gel mattress on all beds, but not waterbeds. The kitchen is very well stocked and had many more things for cooking than we needed. We had the windows and patio doors open a lot without using the screens, and there were no bugs during the whole week. I wanted a property that is not smack in the middle of the bars and partying scene of Pacific Beach. This was a great compromise as it was just under a mile to walk there on flat and pretty boardwalk next to the ocean. This house sits directly on the bay and it’s just two streets away from the Ocean side/beach with waves and surfers, which was another reason I booked it. The only only downside I saw to this place was that the double vanity for the master bedroom is not in the bathroom, but is in the master bedroom. I got over that quickly because everything else about the house was so great. The master shower, which I used had a great hot water supply and also great water pressure!

Our condo was awesome...right on the bay and offered fantastic views. It was super clean, well-appointed and very close to all of the attractions we wanted to see. Loved it! Lorraine

12/19/22 - 1/13/23 Our stay was amazing! The unit we stayed in was comfortable, cozy and relaxing. The owner, Susie, has supplied her home with everything you need - from the kitchen to the family room to the bedroom. The gas fire place was an added bonus to help take out the evening chill. The patio overlooking the bay was spectacular - the view was beautiful and mesmerizing. The sunrises were breathtaking. We had six adults staying in this unit and felt very comfortable with the amount of space we had. There is a gas grill on the patio which we made ample use of. As for the location, it was perfect. Susie's home is right on the bay and only two blocks from the ocean. There are long boardwalks on both the bay side and the ocean side. The only concern one might have is that the parking is very tight. If you do encounter an issue with another vehicle, Susie will address accordingly. However, on the plus side, you do get two parking spaces! Susie was the perfect host. If we had a question or needed suggestions, she would respond immediately! We highly recommend a stay at Susie's place!!!

Nice location on Bay side of Mission Beach. Great views of bay, within short walk of beach. Lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Close to major attractions in San Diego.

The house is wonderful for 2 families with 4 kids under the age of 8. The kiddos had a place to play in the loft area or down in the basement area. The location is great, just a couple minutes from the base of the mountain. The house was very clean and stocked of all of the little things like foil, some spices, baggies, trash bags, etc. which was so nice and a bonus! The hosts were easy to work with and answered all of our questions and let us check in a little early! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This place is exactly as described. As none of us knew SanDiego very well, we were so excited about the location. It is close to lots of fun restaurants and shops (walking distance), it is in a safe neighborhood, the sunrises and views are incredible, walking along the bay right outside the door is wonderful. I truly can't think of ONE reason not to stay there again. Susie, the owner, was great to work with

This is our second stay at this property so obviously we enjoy it here. It is easy walk to the beach a and loads of restaurants! I prefer the quieter bay side to the ocean properties, and the clear view from the third floor provides much more privacy that ground level accommodations.

Communication with Suzie was effortless, she even provided a video in regards to parking, and operation of the elevator that was really helpful upon our arrival. The home was clean and comfortable for our stay, the view and outdoor deck was our fav spot to gather, the fireplace was wonderful on those chilly Nov nights as we gathered by the TV at the end of the day. 2 couples traveling together had their privacy, as the bedrooms and baths were a good distance away from one another. Location was great for beachside walking, as well as many options for dining within walking distance, or a short drive. Guava Beach Bar nearby has great margaritas and fajitas. Location was a short drive from so many things in all directions, the grocery store, golf at Torrey Pines, seal watching in La Jolla, just to name a few. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Ocean(waves) a short 3 minute walk. Walked to a restaurant for dinner one night. Even the grocery store is just over a half mile walk. Such a fun place to stay.

My friends and I loved staying at this beautiful perfectly decorated place with it’s spectacular views! We were all commenting how we all wished we could stay for a month! The condo was stocked with everything anyone could want, and the kitchen was so well organized. The owner, Susie, even went the extra effort to meet us personally and was very responsive to any questions we had during out stay. A great find!!!

The space was perfect for our family of 6 adults. Plenty of room for all of us and It was spotless. The view of the bay was magical. Check in was very detailed and included a video and how to access the elevator, which was very helpful. Susie, what a pleasure it was staying at your home. We came in for our daughter’s wedding weekend and our other daughter, who was 39 weeks pregnant, in the wedding and staying with us decided to go into labor the first night we were there! So not only did we have a fabulous wedding but we got a bonus! A grandson in the process! We are already talking about booking another trip next year so our daughter can enjoy the space as well!

Came to San Diego for my nieces wedding. The 3rd floor of the house was ours. With three couples we each had our own room, with lots of space to spread out through the residence. It was very clean & well stocked. The parking was tight, but looks like all the houses have that same problem. Right on the bay front with beautiful views & hike & bike trail. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this property was wonderful. The view of the bay is outstanding and the property has everything we needed. Stocked kitchen, games, books, fans, beach equipment (chairs, towels, boogie board), etc. The master bed was softer than we like, but the other beds seemed good for everyone else. They also have a twin and queen aerobed, so lots of sleeping options. The neighborhood has great food and the condo is very nicely situated within walking distance of many restaurants.

Great time on the Bay, pretty warm for San Diego this August, but jumping in the water fixed that fast! Our second time renting here, and we got Sea World fireworks this time, love it!

Our family so enjoyed staying at this VRBO on the Bay side. The owner and accommodations were just fabulous! It was nice to have two parking spots, be so close to our daughters San Diego State graduation, and have such a well equipped home too for our mini vacation! Also because the cousins who own the middle condo (same bldg) it offers the option to be able to have another vrbo so close to rent and just downstairs. 5 star rating from us!!!
