Este 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, Barco de casa fondo es sólo 1 casa del mar ya unos pasos de la duna con excelentes vistas al mar desde la cocina, comedor, sala de estar dormitorio principal y las cubiertas. Esta casa tiene iluminación natural excepcional debido a un enorme (12 pies. X 10 pies). trapezoide ventana en forma. Cuenta con techos altos, abundantes (privados) aparcamiento en la calle, habitaciones con aire acondicionado, una gran cubierta w / parrilla Weber y duchas al aire libre. Está a pocos pasos de excelentes restaurantes, tiendas y actividades acuáticas. Está situado en una parte estrecha de la isla donde dos manzanas separan la playa del océano larga lujosa de la bahía con un puerto deportivo y lleno complemento de actividades acuáticas (buena pesca y pesca de cangrejos fuera de un enorme muelle público, alquiler de embarcaciones, kayaks, y motos de agua.)
Servicio de transporte gratuito le llevará a uno de los extremos de este 18 millas barrera isla y todos los lugares favoritos en el medio. Para las vistas exquisitas, subir los 217 escalones de Barney viejo faro en el extremo norte de la isla, con paseos por la naturaleza, los museos y el parque de estado o visite el extremo sur de la isla con su sereno santuario de aves. En medio hay parques de atracciones, parques acuáticos, jaulas de bateo, mini golf, pistas de tenis, instalaciones para discapacitados, teatro de verano, conciertos gratuitos y todas las pequeñas tiendas extravagantes y los olores de una comunidad de playa bulliciosa. First time beach house renter here!
Listing delivered! House was clean, comfortable and we were all able to relax there. The deck space and proximity to the beach and eateries made the week a success!

Great location close to the beach. House wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. Grill was not a Weber as advertised and was very greasy. AC units were loud and there were spaces intentionally cut out in the walls which made it hard for privacy and to keep the cool air in.

LBI Summer 2021
Great location close to the beach. House wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. Grill was not a Weber as advertised and was very greasy. AC units were loud and there were spaces intentionally cut out in the walls which made it hard for privacy and to keep the cool air in.

The location could not be beat - it was so close to the beach and the deck had a wonderful view. Ample parking and natural light. Some minor issues, like cabinets off hinges and light bulbs burnt out were there but overall the rental was wonderful. My family and I enjoyed it!

My husband and 13 year old daughter and two of her friends had an awesome week staying at this house. It was comfortable and met all of our needs. Being just one house off the beach made it perfect! We loved that the area was quiet but a quick drive to fun and exciting places in Beach Haven. Right near the house is great restaurants and shops. Joan was great to us during our stay, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and a minor issue was tended too promptly and efficiently!! She is a great host! We thank her and all involved for making our stay.....perfect!!😎

My husband and 13 year old daughter and two of her friends had an awesome week staying at this house. It was comfortable and met all of our needs. Being just one house off the beach made it perfect! We loved that the area was quiet but a quick drive to fun and exciting places in Beach Haven. Right near the house is great restaurants and shops. Joan was great to us during our stay, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and a minor issue was tended too promptly and efficiently!! She is a great host! This was our family's second summertime stay on LBI, and the property met almost all of our needs. Proximity to the beach was a plus. We liked the three levels, from the entrance to the living space/kitchen/deck to the 3rd floor where the bedrooms are located. Everything was neat and tidy.

The house was very close to the beach and had ample parking which was quite convenient.

This was our first time on LBI and we had the best week. The house is one away from the beach, so the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Shopping and restaurants are nearby and the beach was beautiful. The owner was responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is located just steps from the beach and was very clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a nice home to relax in right by the beach then this is the place. Waking up and enjoying breakfast outside on the spacious deck is a great way to start the day followed by the convenience of walking minimal steps to get onto the beach. There is plenty of parking on the property which makes it nice if someone is coming to down to spend the day. Joan was very kind and sent us information around attractions and great places to eat. She checked in upon our arrival to and would make herself available if we needed to get in contact with her. The neighbors were just as great as they would tell us the best places to eat and gave us great recommendations. Bay village, restaurants, activities and attractions were all within a ten minute drive at most. However there are a lot of walkable places from the property which we all enjoyed. The sandbox cafe at the end of the street is a must try for breakfast. Throughout our stay we had family and friends make a day trip who all loved the location and the house. Definitely would recommend the property to someone else.

Perfect Location
You can't beat the location to the beach! Just steps to the sand and ocean. Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. Same street where the lifeguard stand is which is very nice. Close to restaurants and bike rentals. Quiet street. House is well-maintained, has most everything you need and Joan is very helpful & responsive.
