Das Frühstück war exzellent. Lage zu Fuß ebenfalls, wenn man gerne läuft. Der Pool am Dach konnten wir nicht nutzen, da wir in Januar da waren, jedoch war sehr ansprechend. Check in früher ermöglicht. Fand ich super!

Wir haben in der Nähe wegen im Hotel Einchecken das Auto geparkt und gleich einen Strafzettel bekommen. Leider.

El hotel está en una calle peatonal, lleno de restaurantes. La habitación es muy tranquila y bien equipada. El personal es amable de más.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend ausgestattet, das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Lage des Hotels im beliebten Stadtteil Bons Aires macht es zum idealen Ausgangspunkt für Stadterkundungen. Da ich ich sowohl die Altstadt besichtigt habe (zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten) aber auch auch mit dem Auto unterwegs war , war die Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel ideal.

Vaikka sijainti ei ollut rannassa eikä ihan tärkeimpien nähtävyyksien vieressä, niin siitä oli helppoa liikkua. Lähellä oli paljon hyviä ravintoloita. Vuokra-autolle järjestyi jopa pysäköinti hotellin kellarista. Pysäköinti Palmassa on haastavaa.

WC ja suihkutilat eivät olleet kaikkein kätevimmät.

Lokalizacja wspaniała, personel przemiły. Mały kameralny hotel o podwyższonym standardzie. Wśmienite śniadania.

Potrawy dla vegan/ wegetarian powinny być serwowane osobno...ser leżał na desce razem z wędliną.

Location was perfect , very central and walking distance from the market,shops ,restaurants ,metro stations,park,cinema and hysteric Center . The staff were friendly.

The open shower inside the small room (the door not complete isolated ),open sink , no E.C to charge my iPhone next to bed ,The price was expensive,no proper lobby , till 7:20 am was no breakfast or coffee to offer and the restaurant dose not open . Above all there were a very strong uncomfortable perfume “very intense cause headache and triggered allergies “ on the floors ways to the rooms. The rooms are humid maybe cause of the open sink and shower . Bed ,pillows and pillow covers material were not comfortable.

Todo estuvo bien.

De locatie was perfect, het personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam, de kamer was heel schoon, goede bedden en het ontbijt was heel goed en uitgebreid.

Zal niet weten wat.

Die Lage war perfekt - zu Fuß ins Zentrum, viele Restaurants gleich vor dem Hotel, Busbahnhof ganz nah. Sehr gutes Bett! Und alles sehr sauber und modern. Personal sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich.

Check-in erst ab 15:00 Uhr, es ist aber in Palma so üblich, und dafür ist das Auschecken bis 12:00Uhr möglich.

Lovely small hotel in a great location in Palma, located on a pedestrian street with cafes and restaurants and 7 minute walk from the entrance to the main city centre. Infinity pool on the roof is an amazing feature. Continental breakfast with eggs of your choice. Comfortable rooms and bed with small balcony. Staff friendly and helpful. Room service everyday.

Minor thing, Google maps is a little misleading, the hotel entrance is via the pedestrian street.

The room was comfortably equipped, however, on the smaller part of the scale. Despite the street exposure, it was rather quiet, only some more intense traffic noise could be heard. The balcony was a nice addition, and quite useful to dry out the wet clothes.

The pillows were very small (narrow and long) and did allow for a full sleep comfort. Also, the walls could use a touch up as they were a bit stained from previous stays.

Amazing stuff, really cute room and swimming pool

The air condition in my room was broken - especially at night it was switching on and off, not allowing me to sleep well. Also, it smelled funky.

The staff of this hotel are super friendly. I have been in. Very few places where each member of the staff has always a beautiful smile on the face and they are extremely helpful and professional. Best hotel staff ever

Limited and small breakfast options

The hotel was super nice and clean, the pool area on the roof was great! Sometimes had it completely to myself and was perfect to escape the heat, and was always really clean. All the staff were lovely and very helpful, the room was very clean and to a high spec and got cleaned every day, was also great to have toiletries in the room. The hotel is also on a pedestrian street so no noise from traffic and really easy transport links and if you don’t want to walk all the way into town (however only about 15min) there’s some great little restaurants on the street & surrounding area.

Ars Magna was a very last minute booking for our first night on Majorca after a very late flight - but we're very glad we booked it! It's in a decent location, around a 20 minute walk to the central hub of the city and the cathedral etc. The staff were very friendly and happy to wait up to greet us and check us in at 2am. The small rooftop pool was so welcome for a few hours chill time after a long day of travelling - and we were able to pop back up there later in the day even though we had checked out. The reception team said 'make yourself at home'! The room (deluxe double) was a great size, with really nice bathroom (although frosted glass shower not ideal if travelling with someone you don't know very well!) and a small balcony. Overall, the perfect base for a short city break, and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

The entire staff here was super friendly and helpful! Every one of our requests was met and they were very quick to address anything we needed!

The location was a good 15-20 minute walk (sometimes even more) to many places for us so be prepared to walk, take taxis or the local bus. The air conditioning in our room worked but not that well unfortunately. The hotel doesn't have a gym and since we are fitness goers we wanted to get a work out in here and there. Reception allowed us to borrow passes to an Anytime Fitness within a 3-4 min walk but we were charged each day that we used it. I think this should be a free service considering the hotel does not have a gym.
