Asking for a 400 euro cash deposit doesn't show confidence and trust; also a seperate charging of used electricity make things a bit awkward; including such costs intregral to the renting price would create a better feeling of hospitatlity

Dish washer didn’t work. Not all the dishes were clean before arrival

Really nice and cozy chalet. Warm and lovely decorated. Very friendly and helpful host. The place we want to come back.
The floor and toilets were not so clean as we expected them to.

Beautiful Chalet in a lovely region of the Vosges. Quiet despite proximity to the road. Super fireplace. Excellent walks nearby. Sauna was a bonus. A nice view of the Bol d'Air zipliners across the valley!
The owner charges electricity as a supplement, requires a 400€ deposit and wants a 75€ cleaning fee if you leave the place a bit grubby. None of this was made particularly clear on the Booking.com site. Pricey too, given the time of year (off season.) and that we were only there for two nights.
