Property was beautiful. Our family loved the décor. (Palm Trees) Great owners, place was spotless. Great location with plenty of things to do within walking distance. Plenty of parking. Will stay again in the future while vacationing in OCMD.

We are a family of 7 adults and 2 children, ages 3 & 7. We had a great week. Mark was very supportive and accessible since we connected over 6 months ago. The Condo was spotless and they put great touches to it so that it was like home away from home. The location was great. Walking distance to everything!

We had a great experience with our stay. You can tell that the owners take great pride in their property. The condo was immaculate. The location was great, too, being close to restaurants and shopping, but in a quieter part of Ocean City. It was a very short walk to the beach which was so convenient. The owners were very responsive, from the start, answering any questions we had. We had no issues and had a wonderful time! We highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time in Ocean City. The condo is very clean and the layout is great. It fit our family of 7 very comfortable and none of us felt like we were on top of each other. The communication with the owners is exceptional. They even supplied a list of great things and favorite spots in the area. The condo is close to some great kid activities and just a quick drive to the boardwalk! We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time at Mark’s condo. We stayed here with another family and we had plenty of room. The park was right across the street from the condo, which we went to everyday with the kids. The beach was close also, as well as a few good restaurants that Mark had recommended to us. Mark was a great host. He checked in with us via text a few times to make sure everything was ok, which was very appreciated. Overall this was probably the beat stay we’ve had in ocean city, and I would definitely recommend this condo.

We love North Ocean City and loved staying at this property! It is only a hop, skip, and jump away from the beach. It is across the street from Northside Park, right behind Grottos and a putt putt place and only a few blocks away from Wawa. We loved the layout of the condo and how clean it was. You could tell that Mark & Debbie put a lot of love into their condo as it shows in every square foot. I also liked that there was not a key but rather a keypad to get in. The only downfall about our whole trip was that it felt like it went by too quickly; but, until next time!!! :)

Had an amazing experience from the beginning to end. Mark and Debbie were great hosts and gave us all the info we needed in the area. Their condo is very clean, spacious and is located in a great area. Tons of activities for kids, great restaurants and close to the beach and back bay. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We were very happy with this unit. It was very nicely decorated and it was a good size that accommodated 6 adults and one toddler. It's obvious the owners take pride in providing a top notch rental experience and they did not disappoint.

First, Mark and Debbie were great to communicate with from the start. They checked in with us and made sure we had all the informatiok we needed for the condo. Second, THE CONDO!!! We feel so lucky to have found thi is place. Everything we needed was there. The place was SPOTLESS and our family of 8 was perfectly comfortable. The balcony was a favorite spot for all. My daughters lived reading books out there and relaxing for morning coffee. Third, the beach is literally across the street. Make sure to cross at the lights. It is a main road. Its easy towel to restaurants and shopping. We had ice cream at Dumsers every night. We walked it off every day in the beautiful park across the street. We spent a lot of time in the park walking or practicing baseball hitting. We have a baseball player in the family. We really could not stop saying how perfect the condo size and location was. We visited Secrets, a mini version of Jamaica. Cabana bar, live music and beautiful sunset. Loves the burgers and seafood quesadillas. Ropewalk, for lunch we enjoyed the drinks and appitizers. Crab egg rolls, fried pickles and crab covered burger were among our favorite. Kids loved that sodas are served in mini pitchers. CHICKfil A was a treat for us as we do not have one near us in Upstate NY. Drive thru is a very long wait....walk in.....you can put your order in immediately or order online. In and out within minutes. It was conveniently located next to the outlets. By the time we were done spending half a fortune on 5 teens at the outlets we were starving. Chick fil A hit the spot. We mostly ate breakfast and lunch at the condo. We did visit the pool area. It is smaller than average but it is clean, well kept and a perfect size to refresh after a day at the beach. No complaints here about the pool. Loved it. We will definitely return. Thank you Mark and Debbie for your hospitality. One of our best vacations!

This home away from home was just what we needed to getaway during such crazy times. The spacious, clean condo was inviting, warm and we look forward to seeing this city and home again!

Absolutely beautiful condo ,spacious, comfortable and very clean. It was conveniently located with short walk to the beach, park and store The condo was supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, Lysol wipes and spray. I was very impressed. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is beautiful and the pictures on line doesn’t do it justice.. It is much bigger then it seems in the pictures, and extremely maintained. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t supplied in the home. The décor itself was enough to make you want to stay there. There is plenty of living space for a large family, as well as sleeping space. The kids loves that mini golf was literally out the front door, so it was nice when it isn’t quite beach weather they had something to do at all times. Also Mark had referred some places that we had never been to before, and we tried a couple (Grotto’s pizza & Rope Walk) both were great recommendations, and we will definitely be visiting them again. Thank you for everything !!

Had a wonderful vacation in this 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath immaculate condo! Located in walking distance to so many restaurants and Northside park. We were entertained with fireworks from our balcony on Sunday night, ran the track and enjoyed the playground just steps from our place. Definitely a home you want to return to year after year.

We had a great trip in Ocean City! Condo was very clean and the owners were very easy to get in contact with. Condo had a nice open layout. We hope to come back in future years!
