Lovely hotel, we stayed here for a week on all inclusive. Rooms, food, staff and facilities are great. Lovely full English breakfast every morning. Good selection of drinks on the all inclusive. It’s a 5 min walk to the stunning beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

all inclusive buffet is in line with other all inclusives. worth it for the cava (rosé not white). otherwise the Food is decent, the cocktails are sugar water.

Cleaning was good. Staff was very kind and nice. Pool area is nice and the view from the balcony to the pool is good. Activities in The hotel were best.

The food could be better. I didn’t like that in the restaurant waitresses took the plates before you actually had finished the food. I didn’t like the coffee and the coffeemachines didn’t work so well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the entertainment around the pool was fun but also provided a quiet, relaxing environment for most of the day.

There was a music concert in the pool from 20:30-22:30, it´s ok to have some party going on unless you have an ironman next day, and you want to wake up at 05:00. They gave me another quite room.

The staff is amazing. So friendly, open and helpful They are truly great. I forgot my trainers and they send them to London for me.

Nothing actually. But it's not a super viby area for going out. More older people and families. We also went in October so outside the high season.

Room was OK, breakfast was very rich with a big selecton and the pool was all right.

Well organised,comfortable,beautiful view.Port Alcudia is as a place quite touristic ,plenty of attractions.it was also not so loud in comparison to other hotels.

Rooms were pleasant, comfortable, good choice of TV for when you want to put something on in bed at night, staff was very friendly, location was decent, couple of minutes from the beach and about a 1km walk into the port, if you rent a bicycle you can get around quite easily to the port and also to Playa Muro. I recommend pacos rental bike for a bicycle rentals, its very close to the hotel. Taxis from the airport cost me 80 euros and took about 35-40 mins. However there is an airport bus which we took on the way back and cost €13.50 per person. The receptionist gave me info on this and printed off a timetable for me! Breakfast was ok, definitely better than dinner but it's your typical hotel breakfast buffet. Nearby beaches BEAUTIFUL! If you want space and sunbeds I recommend playa alcudia!

Facilites were a little limited in the hotel, but all the necessary was there, the pool hours weren't the best, I live in mainland Spain and was surprised to get back to the hotel mid summer at 6.30pm to find the pool closed, at that time of day it is still very hot so I assumed the lifeguard would have stayed for longer. I paid half board and only used the breakfast. With half board you have breakfast and dinner included, however the dinner was really unpleasant (we did only try it one night) but as we do like to go out and explore for different places to eat we didn't want to waste any more nights trying the dinner as we really was not impressed when we did try it! Also I am currently pregnant so good food is important to me right now haha! If you enjoy staying in the hotel all inclusive style then maybe it is for you but for me I like to go out and try new places and atmosphere!
