They also have strict security making the place secured which to me is important.

Very beautiful and clean property with good amenities available, area was lovely and quiet. Swimming pool was clean. Property was close to a big mall
Room needs a water dispenser as tap water is non-potable. It’s a far walk to get to a shop and you have to get a taxi to go to the mall just to buy bottles of water

Pool is nice. The area is clean and safe. Guards are everywhere. The SM seaside mall is within walking distance.
We didn't find our free airport shuttle even we looked everywhere. Needed to take a taxi. When we arrived there was no electricity and no water, but that was fixed in about an hour. The host never responded to my emails.
