Enclavado en Balboa Island, esta encantador casa por 313 € por noche es una estupendo elección para su próxima escapada. Balboa Island es una joya absoluta en el medio de la bahía de Newport. Hay una pasarela 1. 6 millas alrededor del perímetro y una bonita calle principal 2 bloques de tiendas exclusivas y restaurantes y casual, literalmente alrededor de la esquina! Mi casa es muy atractivo. Cuenta con un patio con chimenea al aire libre. Es un dormitorio con dos baños y un área de descanso fuera de la sala de estar. Perfecto para dos o una familia pequeña. Es posible dormir una persona adicional en el sofá cama doble de tamaño. Situado en el centro entre Los Ángeles y San Diego. Grande para los viajes de un día.
El barrio es muy relajado. Este es un destino popular por lo que hay una buena cantidad de actividad que hace que el patio de un refugio agradable. Mi casa es una calle de la calle principal. Es muy pintoresco! Hay una gran mezcla de viejas casas de playa y la nueva construcción de lujo. Se trata de una zona muy rica con los residentes de los pies en la tierra.

Jill is a wonderful host: available, attentive and helpful! The cottage is in a great location on Balboa Island, close to the main street with restaurants, shops, Balboa Bars and Frozen Bananas :-). It was great fun to be on the Island when the Newport Beach Boat Parade was happening each evening; we loved strolling around the Island to watch the boats and see all the beautiful homes decorated for Christmas. A lovely stay in a lovely place!

Really enjoyed the property, only one block from town center, but still quiet and private. Comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Parking was provided which really made a difference. Highly Recommend

The property was old school, comfortable and charming. My only suggestion is that the next door neighbor please turn off the very bright outdoor light she has on right outside the bedroom window which floods the bedroom with light all night despite the black out shade and prevents sleep. Or perhaps she could install a motion detector light which would easily solve the issue. Other then that it's a lovely and private abode.

We really loved the comfortable open plan living space and peaceful vibe at Jill’s place-the perfect respite during a busy family vacation. Our group spread across two houses, and Jill’s was the place to catch your breath in the quiet hidden courtyard or do food prep unbothered in the very well-stocked kitchen. Easy check in and accommodating host. We had a wonderful visit!!

What a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The home was well supplied, had a comfortable and inviting living area, good beds, good showers. No air conditioning, but the fans did the trick. We would definitely recommend this property and are looking forward to returning next year.

Jill was thoughtful and welcoming. It was my wife’s birthday and Jill was kind enough to leave her a note and a ballon. Such a wonderful touch. The property was just as described. The location was perfect and easily accessible to all of the local restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, but close so that you can walk for your coffee, groceries and food. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed visiting and relaxing in the living area and were able to cook just about anything in the well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely like to come back!

Jill’s property was in a great location- so close to all the restaurants on Balboa Island. The house was very cute and nestled back from the street which was great for privacy and quiet. The little courtyard was perfect for an evening drink and we even had a friendly visit from a neighbors cat a couple of times, who was adorable. Jill was so friendly and kind! We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Rental home better than photos. Very high class area about 15 minutes from Laguna Beach and closer to scenic Corona Del Mar which has great beach area and beautiful homes. Rental has good modern kitchen, 2 good TVs, 2 modern bathrooms, and is one block from great shopping street with many eateries. And best of all is in the middle of hours of walking around multiple canals with scenic homes and boat along them.

We were totally surprised that the photos in the website captured the vibe of this getaway! The court yard was so peaceful and perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or two outside. The bungalow was clean. The artwork and stained glass were beautiful!
So nice to have a great getaway place that does not require a lot of travel time. Everything we needed was just a short walk away.

My friend & I loved the property! Plenty of room, and two bathrooms & sleeping areas made it perfect. The enclosed patio is a lovely, secluded place to eat or read, but the property is right around the corner from the "main drag" and all the dining & shopping action. Loved it!! Thanks, Jill

Can walk to the ferry and go over to Balboa Peninsula. Living room furniture and bedding very comfortable. Love the outdoor space, a little small but able to eat outside which is a big plus.
Parking adequate for one small car only. Otherwise could have to search the streets for a space.
Host/owner was very nice and responsive/accommodating for any needs. The owner is on property and enters via the common outdoor space.

Jill makes one feel welcome. Very comfortable set-up.
While it is a very relaxing place, and Jill is most accommodating, my wife and I will return if and when some new towels and bed sheets are provided. I think it is time for something new especially on an aging soft mattress. I got the Internet and TV to work after disconnecting and reconnecting the router. Great location, secluded and quiet.

This adorable little bungalow is perfect for a weekend away. It is situated close to shops and dining, and is in a quiet neighborhood perfect for relaxing and catching up. Jill is the best host, and the cottage is well stocked with everything you could need . Loved our stay and can’t wait to return.🌻

Right in the heart of the main avenue through Balboa, but secluded and quiet setting. Easy communication with the owner. Plenty of space for a small family or two couples to stay. Would highly recommend.

Jill has a beautiful accommodation that suited our needs perfectly. It is a quiet hideaway that is convenient yet secluded. The interior was lovely and comfortable. We really enjoyed the stained glass windows. The patio was a bonus as it was a perfect place to unwind after a day out. Meeting Jill was a treat. She is a very delightful hostess. It was bigger than I expected, and SO handy to the commercial Marine Blvd, the harbor side walking path, the ferry, and the bridge to Newport. We appreciated the comfortable beds, two bathrooms, patio, and gas fireplace, and super easy parking.
Owner Jill was pleasant and easy to communicate with, and the rental process was simple.

We were a family of 4 adults with one of us taking the sofa (very comfortable) to sleep on. There were plenty of towels and linens. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the heat worked perfectly. The kitchen was stocked with basic necessities and more. The decor was lovely with stained glass windows and a cozy atmosphere. The location was ideal for exploring Balboa Island, Newport Beach and many Orange County locations. I highly recommend Jill’s place - you will love it!

super cute, we loved the patio and had a small family gathering, everyone loved the place. Jill even got us an extra parking spot for the event. We had a great time.
