This place was much larger than we thought. It has a whole downstairs with another bathroom and large closet area. Close to both Chelan and Manson with fun shopping and restaurants. Beautiful views from the balcony!

Property location was terrific. The condo itself is in desperate need of updating. The tv’s either don’t work or are so outdated (not smart tvs), the sofas are grubby and very uncomfortable. The beds were horrible!! Lumpy, uncomfortable.

This condo supplied all of our needs for my family's 4 day, 3 night stay. Location, view, cleanliness and amenities were great! This particular unit could use some cosmetic upgrades (refrigerator, popcorn ceilings, curtains and beds), but otherwise no complaints. I thought it was odd that no floaties were allowed in the pools...check in/out process was super fast and easy. Would have loved to have a few more cleaning supplies to be able to wipe down the counters and what not.

We went with two toddlers and absolutely loved the resort grounds & amenities. Five pools so plenty of room and not one is too crowded. Direct beach/lake access from the resort ground is so convenient. Playground is nicely updated (most pictures don’t show the updates). Many more amenities that we couldn't take advantage because we stayed only for two nights. The unit itself is outdated except for some parts of the kitchen. Upstairs unit was very loud (walls are thin) until past 11pm - walking, jumping, moving furniture. We would definitely go back and stay longer but probably at one of the more updated units.

Good: Layout for a family of four was good with upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Necessities available in kitchen, nice view and good overall location.
Not as great: Dated interior. Master bed is very uncomfortable. Downstairs toilet did not work. Smoke alarm disconnected which is more of just a safety concern.
Overall 3 stars. Biggest issue was the bed which would cause me to not want to rent that unit again.

Myself and three friends just had a very enjoyable stay in this condo. It was really well fitted out, very clean and very comfortable. Our biggest complaint (a joke!) was the broken wine bottle opener! Terrible scramble to figure a way to open the wine bottle :)

Lake Chelan Shores is the best place to stay and unit 15-4 was amazing for my children and grandkids they loved this unit very clean and the grounds kept clean, lots of swimming pools and sandy beach on the water

We came over having stayed many places in Chelan over the years... we were delighted with the 2 sliding glass openings to the beauty of the lake view. The beds were very comfortable. We will come back another time as it was easy check-in, helpful when our choice maker went out...office replaced immediately. Very reasonable price for what we enjoyed.

Friendly check in process, and the unit was in great shape. We ended spending a significant amount of time inside because of smoke from the fires in the nearby area. It was very comfortable for 4 adults and would have worked well with children because of the downstairs space. Great layout! Highly recommend this unit.

Comfortable Lake Chelan Condo
This is a nice comfortable 2 level condo. Condo is well maintained and comfortable, and Lake Chelan Shores has great amenities. We bbq’d on the upstairs deck, enjoyed the beautiful views of Lake Chelan, played tennis at their well maintained courts, played bocce ball in front of the condo, and swam and sunbathed down on the grass at the waters edge. Nice place!

Nice place but tough time to go given Covid19
Condo was nice with a lot of room. Facilities were a disaster (qualified please read on) since the board closed everything (basketball, tennis, pools....everything) whereas same facilities were clearly open at neighboring locations (Campbell’s lodge, etc). This was not told to us until afternoon before our rental. Communication on App was terrible. Responses were terribly slow. I requested a 1 night refund (we stayed 5 nights) which was rejected. I still give a good star rating as the grounds and location would have been really nice if we were able to use them. The communication was terrible though.

Great for Parents with Teens
Kids have the ground floor with a King bed and a bunk bed giving both parents and teens their own space when desired. We all loved it.

Great week away
I took my 14 yr old and 3 of his friends for a summer getaway. This condo was nicely updated and did the trick. The location couldn't be better, yes there are condos closer to the water, but you have people right outside your door all day. This condo was private, had a great view and more quite. The boys stayed in the downstairs bedroom which was perfect! There are tons of things to do right there on property and town is literally a few minutes away. Perfect Stay!

Great property- but bed bugs in bottom bedroom ate us alive
A fabulous unit in all ways except for the bed bugs that ate us alive in the lower king bed. We reported this to the Lake Chelan Shores office as well but are not happy to have to get rid of some of our possessions to avoid bringing the bedbugs home. About 50 bites on my back from 2 nights sleeping there.
Other than this obvious problem, the unit is clean, spacious and has plenty of beds and a nice view of the lake.
