Staff went the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable. The pool and associated amenities were lovely.

For the price, the general quality of the property itself, the finishing sim the room, were not comparable to others.

I was staying in orca for the third time. Everything was perfect during previous two stays. This time staff wasn’t pretty much complimentary and even rude, refusing me in the breakfast in check in day, saying that the guest is not eligible to have breakfast on the day of arrival as check in is later at 14. Are you kidding me ? One cup of coffee and a toast will be enough for your dear hungry guest who traveled all night long . This was really rude and impolite from the staff. Do you know anything about customer service ? I won’t return as these small things means a lot, and says a lot regarding your behavior towards your guest. No free water in the bar. Except two small complementary bottles.

Pool wasn’t clean

This is the second time we come to a hotel We were outside the room it was a 44c heat day We arrived at the room, there was no electricity, we informed the reception, nothing was done, we waited 40 minutes and asked him to move other room, but he claimed they not have available rooms, we checked in booking and there was many rooms, and we asked to speak to the manager, and he refused to speak

Its a great hotel! Everything is clean. The airco works perfect and the staff was amazing. We will come back again! The food was also fresh and delicious.

Very spacious and clean. Excellent for a couples stay. The pool is amazing.

No nearby shops within walking distance but a short taxi ride will get you to Hisaronu.

1. The staff was so rude and unreasonable that it blew my mind. They treated us with NO respect and entered our room without permissions. DO NOT stay at this hotel if you value privacy. 2. There is barely any hot water and wifi during our stay. We wanted to use the jacuzzi but the water was cold. When we called the reception, they came and fixed nothing. And then they insisted that everything was normal. 3. The bar has no ice at all for drinks. And the food took forever to serve. No spa service in the evening. 4. Absolutely poor management. The staff seems to have no clue what's going on. They don't know answers to most of the questions. 5. Location is bad. It is hidden off the main road. If you don't have a car, it is impossible to get there. 6. Pool was dirty.
