Con la unidad vienen sillas de playa y toallas, juguetes, aletas y gafas de natación, refrigeradores y, por supuesto, la pala de nieve de Florida (para bombardear y cazar dientes de tiburón). Banianos y bancos le saludan en el sendero que baja por la avenida Venice. Boulevard por las 3 cuadras del centro histórico. La Fuente del Parque Centenario y el mirador con música al aire libre semanal y el mercado de agricultores están justo en la avenida Venice. junto con el Teatro de Venecia, cenando en abundancia y pintorescas boutiques especializadas. Tarjeta postal perfecta con una acogedora sensación de comunidad pequeña. ¡Relájate, relájate, repite!

This was a great condo for my weekend girls trip. Karen was a wonderful host and even made sure we had a few shark's teeth to begin our weekend of hunting! The condo was clean and exactly as described. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and a very short walk to the downtown area. Comfy bed and sofa, great wifi, nice channel selection, and a shower with excellent water pressure... what more could you ask for!? My only suggestion would be to maybe add a solid curtain to the sliding door instead of just the sheer, but that's really just personal preference. Everything was great and I would definitely stay here again!

The condo is exactly where you need to be to experience all Venice has to offer. 1 block from the beach; the short walk to the historic downtown shopping district is beautiful. My wife and I took our bicycle's down and enjoyed the bike friendly trails and streets. The owner Karen is extremely friendly and helpful and went out of her way to share her knowledge of the area with us. The conversation on the drive home always returned back to "let's do this again soon."

This property was just perfect. Comfortable, cozy and thoughtfully supplied with beach paraphernalia this end unit opens up to a shared patio with chairs and tables. The location is perfect as you can walk into town or down to the beach.

We loved this cute, clean, comfortable condo in paradise! Perfectly located so close to the beach and a short walk to downtown. It was so nice to take our daily walks through the park under the shade of the banyan trees and palms! An added bonus was hunting for shark teeth at Casperson Beach just a short drive away! Great restaurants and shopping nearby too! We will definitely come back!

Great location
Everything was great and the place was well equipped. However, time for a new mattress. The beach chairs were new but park chairs, not beach and not comfortable. Add the mattress issue w/ chairs and our backs are not doing so well after 11 nights. The beach umbrella is only big enough for one person, not two. These small inexpensive changes and I would give it a 10! We would also go back in a heartbeat!

The condo: I have never stayed in a rental before that was as pristine, neat and clean. Love the wicker furniture and the bed is very comfortable. A special plus is the new walk-in shower.
The unit was fully stocked with everything you need and just a very short walk to the beach. Lots of great parks in the area, as well.
Next trip to Venice, I will book this unit again if available.

Really enjoyed this updated condo. It was so close to the beach I could run down and grab lunch at the beach when I was working from the condo. Safe area and great communication with owner. Would definitely recommend for one or two people and would stay again.

The home itself was perfect for my wife and myself, fairly large living space, fully equipped kitchen, ample sized bedroom with lots of storage and a relatively (appeared) new. well-equipped bathroom.
The home has a delightful, shared, courtyard, is approximately a 2 block walk to the centre of town and a three-minute walk to the beach.
Karen provided tremendous insight and we would, if we ever revisit the area, attempt to stay at this accommodation again.

We love the town of Venice and our stay was perfect. The unit is nicely located, clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner was attentive and solved issues quickly. We especially enjoyed the patio and the lovely weather. We would stay again.

Convenient base location puts all of Venice at your sandaltips!
This convenient, well-equipped one-bedroom condo has a completely updated interior and one of the best locations in the 12-unit complex - downstairs corner, with lots of windows, and just a step out to the bright and airy communal patio. Unit has beach towels, chairs, and small umbrella, good utensils for food prep, and coffee-making supplies. It's a very quick walk to Venice beach, where there is morning yoga and evening music. Great bike-riding, shopping, beaches, fishing, history and culture surround you in Venice, and this is a great place from which to make a day trip or just hang around and sit out and read on the patio or stroll to the beach. Love Venice and love this convenient and friendly place to stay for a couple or a single. FInally, Karen, the owner, is very responsive, should you have any concerns.

Perfect place in the sun
My husband and I stayed here for a week in January. What a wonderful condo! A perfect size for two, well laid out, lovely decor, and simply spotless.
Karen was a great host, and provided everything for a terrific time in Venice. This condo is located within walking distance to the beach and the town. It is in a quiet location, which we appreciated. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Cute condo, fully stocked with everything you need to spend time at the beach. Our first time in Venice and loved it. Karen was great to work with and made sure we had everything to make us feel at home. Hope to go back again next year!

Only problem was the red tide so we couldn't enjoy the beach. Wish the condo had a pool otherwise very nice.

Very well maintained, short walk to beach
This was a very well maintained condo that is perfect for one or two people. It is one block from the Venice pavilion and close to the main shopping on Venice Avenue. The kitchen was nicely equipped. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful ,condo was very clean and had everything we needed. A block from the beach and few blocks from downtown. During our 2 week stay we hardly drove at all. We walked or rode our bikes everywhere. Would definitely recommend this.

Perfect getaway!
The location of this condo was ideal, very clean and well equipped. The majority of the 12-unit complex are return renters and very friendly. Karen (the owner) was very accommodating in making our stay feel like home. Great vacation!

cozy beach getaway
Loved the fish and beach themed apartment just a few steps from the Venice Beach pavillion. Great nights' sleep and conveniently stocked home for breakfest outside on the patio. Took walking jaunts to the Soda Fountain, Centennial Park and the Daiquiri Deck. Great kid and adult location because of all the local stuff to do. We will be back :-)

Wonderful relaxing experience
Great vacation spot. Everything you need is there neat and clean. Even the beach right there is beautiful and relaxing. Great food nearby. Good fishing spots close. Owner great to work with. Will be back when available. Loved our time there.

Wonderful location and is really a Condo in Paradise!
The condo was just like the pictures but much bigger than we expected. It was in the perfect location and so close to everything. It was nice and clean, had everything you would need to enjoy your home away from home. We can't wait to come back!

Compact and Bijou
A very quaint, well cared for apartment. Lots of lovely personal items so you don't feel like you are in a hotel. Very close to the beach and places to eat. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is having to play Joe the Plumber to use the dishwasher.
