The space, light and how well it was set up

The proximity to the basket hall court (but that is really a summer thing and not an issue if it’s raining!) because of the sound of the bouncing balls late into the evening.

Well equipped kitchen. We didn’t have a car, but the underground carpark space was useful for storing the hired bikes.

Clean and spacious loved the lockup garage too

The location was super. It is near the city center and with a few minutes your near the shops and the nice restaurants. The view from the appartement is the cathedral. You can't get any better.

Some stuf in the appartement was broken. The closet door. And the wardrobe for the jackets in the hallway. The matras in the bunk bed could have been better but I have back problems.

It was comfortable but the furniture was very basic. We felt the living and dining room could have felt more “homely”.

Location was superb. It is within walking distance to the center and all nice restaurants. The rooms, especially the living room is huge and the view was really good. The design is nice. It is accessible with elevator, which helped a lot. The apartment has free indoor parking and it is very secured. There was washing machine if you need to wash your clothes

The bathroom leaked under the side panel and needed to use to mop to wipe out the spilled out water after shower. The kitchen was a bit messy. The pots and fry pans were not entirely clean. I found nescafe capsules but the coffee machine was nespresso. There were another coffee machines and filters but no coffee powder. The password of the wifi on the instruction was incorrect. The router could display the correct password. There was some service vehicle outside in the very early morning around 6ish produced some noise even the windows were shutted. The noise continued for 10-20 mins one of the nights. The indoor parking is only accessible by a vehicle lift. If your car is a bigger SUV, you may not be able to use it. Also, the apartment is located in Low Emission Zone. You should apply for permit before entering. All those were not advised in advance by the host even the host knew I would be arriving by car. All the things not fully satisfied were not major and can be improved. I will still be happy to stay here if I will be coming to Reims in the future if the issues are rectified

great location, easy to walk everywhere. super comfortable bedding. very comfortable, quiet, and a good value.
