Lovely property, two bathrooms very handy. Kitchen well stocked with equipment. King single beds comfortable.

Comms from owners & management company was excellent. House was as described. Very clean & tidy when we arrived. Close to Bayfair. Need to drive to main strip in the Mount. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in a quiet area the only issue we had was the tiny section of road thats a no go. Very confusing when you are new to town and have never ever come across this before especially when your GPS is taking you that way, and your just following the car in font of you. We know we have several fines but assumed that people living in the culdesac may be exempt. A map in house with more detail would be great, just explaining in more detail. Maybe on the back of door. Took us a day or so to get our head around this rule. Just seemed ridiculous. As I hear the locals have had an issue as well. The council making some easy money.

Everything about this stay was awesome. Right around the corner from Bayfair, not far from ths beach, and of course right by the golf course. Loved it, inside and out (the large deck is great for BBQs and judging everyone's shots into the 15th green).
Will definitely book here again.

Great place to stay. Opens out to a large deck which in turn opens directly onto the golf course. Very sunny. Only problem was with parking as it is at the end of a shared access driveway.

Amazing, peaceful location
From the moment we walked in the door we felt relaxed at this welcoming property. Just what we needed for a weekend away. From relaxing on the deck overlooking the golf course, to the super comfy beds, left feeling like we had truly had a break away.

Home Away From Home
Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Our kids range from 1 to 15 years old and the home was perfect for all. Super handy to everything. By the pics we thought the home was beautiful, but it is much more amazing in person.Kiaora!

Great family holiday
We had a lovely family holiday here over New Year 2019/20 - beautiful outlook over golf course, short drive to the beach, quiet and peaceful location, and very close to shopping centre (for the last minute things we kept forgetting on a relaxed holiday) - plenty of activities close by, and room in the house when we were having down time

We had a great stay at Golfers Delight for the weekend of the Half Ironman/aqua bike event. De’Arne emailed us to advise us that there were roadworks in the area and detailed the best alternative route to take which saved us a lot of time & stress!
The home was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It is in a very private and quiet location. We had a few issues with the power, De’Arne was very responsive to us regarding this. We will more then likely book again when we come back for the same event next year.

Lovely house, great location
We enjoyed our stay, the house had everything you would need and was in a great location (close to Bayfair and Trustpower Stadium). Beds were comfy, house was clean, warm and nice and spacious. Table tennis came in handy and kept our kids occupied when were were at the house.
