今回は出発が日曜日だったので、朝、5時のバスで送ってもらえたが、平日は6時からと言う事で、残念ながら利用出来ません。

代替便が羽田から成田になり、韓国の友人に代わって予約。遠隔での予約だったので心配でしたが、韓国語の話せる受付の方で、とても安心に宿泊できたとのこと。異国での心配が全くなかったと気持ち良い対応もして頂いたようで感謝です。

free shuttle to the airport

the pillow on my bed smells like it has been used by prior guest. duvet of one of the bed has stain on it(looks like a new stain maybe from food)

Too far out In the middle of nowhere

Lovely clean rooms with modern interior. Air conditioning worked great. It was nice that there was an onsen and airport shuttle service!

Rooms could have been a bit bigger.

Public bath was ok, and the shuttle service to the airport was nice to have. The location was also nice and very close to the airport; though the drive from the airport was much longer than expected since we had to go around the airport.

The facility in general was not clean. The room was also below satisfactory with cleanliness. We were unable to have the breakfast at this hotel since we needed to take the shuttle which runs once every hour. We had to take it to get to the airport (too early for the check in, but too late to wait until the next shuttle)...
