Au lieu d’une chambre familiale initialement réservée, on nous a proposé moyennant un supplément une maison avec 2 chambres, salle de bain et cuisine, que nous avons acceptée.
La climatisation bienvenue par la chaleur
Les draps propres
Au croisement de 2 routes très passantes donc très bruyant en journée et la nuit à partir de 4 h du matin.
Le linge de toilette était propre mais taché par endroits
La propreté laissait à désirer, sol de la baignoire et syphon d’évier vraiment sale et sol poussiéreux, rideau de douche moisi etc…
Le petit déjeuner vraiment trop léger

I love the home like feel of the environment, the respect, and the quiet area. It was a very beautiful area.
I can't say I didn't like anything. Only thing that I would say about the louisiana room was the bathroom door lock was alittle hard to lock.

Very cool property in a restored old building. attentive and helpful staff, nice breakfast. 
We were in the extension and the heater was either on or off, so we had to turn it off at night. Not a big issue and was reported to staff.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved this for a group of people traveling together.
Everything is a bit dated including the shower head in our room which looked like something I had used 20 years ago. Heater in the room was controlled by central thermostat, but was able to shut the vents and or turn it off. Breakfast was adequate, but not amazing - however I was very appreciative of it.

Donna was beyond amazing, so sweet & kind, and so accommodating, and breakfast was delicious !!!! Bed was really comfortable and loved the feel of history there!! Donna also was so helpful and knowledgeable of what to do and where to eat delicious Cajun food in the area!! I enjoyed our conversations and her company very much!! Also so very neat and clean and I had everything I needed! Thank you Donna for such an amazing and delightful stay and I'll most definitely be back!!

Right off the road and convenient when wanting to get to any stores or restaurants. Donna was so helpful and accommodating and even made my daughter feel extra special. The ambience of old southern charm is definitely present.

Very friendly serivce and excellent breakfast.
Right next to 2 busy roads. Could not sleep because of all the noise, even with earbuds. Could do with more towels and aneminities.

Pretty old house, nicely furnished and decorated.
Poor breakfast. No choice was given and the time was fixed for 8:30 or nothing. It was French toast with banana, a piece of bacon to eat on its own and a few strawberries (we were asked if we wanted any). . It was good but nothing else was offered. There was butter on the table but no bread or croissant to eat with. No cereals, no eggs, cake… there was plenty of coffee but orange juice was sadly served in a plastic cup.

When Katherine is hosting you, you know you’ll be in good hands. She will make everything to ease your stay. Her house is really beautiful, cozy and she makes a perfect breakfast to start your day. Highly recommendable !
The only thing : the house is right on a crossroad, so it didn’t bother us, but traffic can be a bit loud.

Lovely old building and a wonderful hostess.
The place is located next to a busily trafficed noisy intersection.
The bed mattress was too soft and the room worn down.

Loved the old house. Sat am breakfast was very nice out on side porch
Only thing was the bath in our room tub kinda small an toilet and sink in different area. But we made it and may stay again just different room. Lady was very nice. All good!!

Lovely house and decor. We enjoyed our short stay and the breakfast was very nice served in the glass patio area. The host accomodated our request to check in a little bit later with no issues.

if you are looking for modern hotel with standard room, look somewhere else.
if you like your grandmother's cooking, squeaking floors, antique furniture and good old times in general, this is the place. Stuff is very nice, tasty home made hot breakfast. Friendly customers.
Our room (Mary) was very close to the road, you can't really sleep past 8AM, there are some VERY loud cars racing form the traffic light.

T'Frere's is in an old home with an interesting history. We only spent one night and had other plans for breakfast, so didn't get to sample that, although we did enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in a pleasant sunroom just off the dining room. The staff was friendly and interested in making our stay enjoyable.
At the price we paid, we had expectations of top notch faciliaities, but were slightly disappointed that the facilities did not meet those expectations. The shower was a tub with a fiberglass tub-surround. The mattress of the king bed was overly soft .
