Este condominio totalmente remodelado de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños tiene más de 1k pies cuadrados con increíbles vistas a la bahía. Ubicado en el centro de 3rd St., junto al muelle de pesca y al lado de los campos de béisbol / fútbol, el parque de patinetas, el área de juegos y solo a 3 cuadras de la playa y el paseo marítimo. El edificio ofrece un ascensor, dos lugares de estacionamiento asignados y una piscina frente a la bahía. Tenemos una cocina totalmente equipada, pero aún cerca de muchos restaurantes / bares y entretenimiento en vivo. Hay un gran balcón para disfrutar de los barcos que pasan y las famosas puestas de sol de OC. También proporcionamos sábanas! El principal tiene una cama king size, el segundo dormitorio tiene una reina y hay un sofá cama w / una cama completa. 3 televisores de pantalla plana, WIFI y muchos asientos. ¡Tu puedes tenerlo todo!

The condo was in a great location right on the bay and very close to the ocean. It was not as clean as expected. The bathrooms were updated but very small.

Stayed at Katie's condo Thurs-Sunday for Sunfest 2023, the property was nicely updated and very clean, it had everything we needed for out stay, very quiet location, away from all the hustle and bustle, yet still close enough to everything that we did not need to get back in the car during our stay, awesome views of the bay with beautiful sunsets, also enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the fishermen fishing from the bay boardwalk, within walking distance to our favorite restaurants De Lazy Lizard, Toast, and Brass Balls. Owner ( Katie) even called to say we can check in early since the condo was already cleaned.

The unit was a very nice place for us to stay. It is within walking distance to the beach and downtown boardwalk and there are many restaurants close by on the bay side. We also like to travel to Assateague Island so this location was desirable. The unit was very clean, was easily accessible, has close parking, Beautiful views on the bay, larger than anticipated deck area for our crab feast, lots of boating activity going by on the water. We watched dolphins go by a few times and enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. Nothing to complain about, maybe I would suggest handheld shower heads and re-arrangement of furniture in second bedroom for easier access on back side of bed. Also Katie was very responsive to our questions beforehand and called us on our day of check-in to let us know her place was ready for us an hour earlier. I know an early check-in is not always possible and we did not request it, but it sure came in handy. Thanks Katie. It was a wonderful place for us to spend our vacation.

This was our first time taking our three kids, ages 10, 8 & 6 for a full week in Ocean City. Everything was perfect! The condo was clean, and welcoming. The view stunning! The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach every day and the boardwalk in the evenings. We walked to restaurants and enjoyed eating back at the condo to enjoy the beautiful sunset view. We had a day at the pool that we really enjoyed. The check in/out process could not have been easier and Katie is so easy to reach and communicate with. We are already looking forward to staying again next summer!

This is a wonderful property! First, it is extremely clean, updated and has all of the necessities! Secondly, we didn’t need the host for anything but she called me an hour or so before check in to let me know her home was ready! We loved the location, the balcony, the pool, everything was amazing and we will be booking again with Katie! Easy check in and two parking spots! Thank you!

I would love to tell everyone that the condo was awful and tell people to stay away because we want it all to ourselves! Haha But seriously, We can not say enough good about our stay and our host Katie!
The condo location is perfect! Close to the boardwalk and has AMAZING views of the bay! It is very inviting and has the perfect beach decor! The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to eat in and had many restaurants close enough to eat out.
Nothing like ordering from our FAVORITE place Higgins and eating on the porch at the large table watching the boats, people fishing from the boardwalk below and dauphin playing in the bay!
Our host Katie is fantastic! She went above and beyond for us! She was so accommodating! We have already booked for next year and are counting down the days!!

The condo was clean, convenient and had a great view. We saw boats go by, great sunsets, sometimes dolphins, and lots of fisherman. The condo was well appointed and Katie was very helpful. One of our better stays in Ocean City.

The location for starters is great. You are within walking distance to most things but away from all the noise. The balcony view is absolutely great with the bay view and watching the boats and fisherman go by. The unit is very modern and well kept and was perfect for our group of 4. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Crab Cove and feel lucky to have found this rental. It was so clean that I don't think we found a spec of sand when we arrived. You can't beat the view of the bay! We loved watching the boats, drawbridge, people fishing and sunsets. Although the condo itself isn't huge, the layout allows for plenty of space and the two showers/bathrooms were perfect. We didn't even sit on the couch because all of our time was spent on the huge, private balcony! The unit had everything we needed to make meals, do laundry, dishes, etc. Having both pool and ocean access was great for a change in scenery. One thing to note - there is a construction site next door which sometimes started early in the morning. This didn't bother us much, and in fact, my kids loved watching the trucks. Overall an amazing place with an ideal location. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

First of all the pics absolutely do no justice! Absolutely beautiful property. The balcony view was breathtaking especially at sunset! Perfect location... close to bus and corner stores! Nice complex pool area! Very clean and detailed definitely looking forward to staying here again!

We stayed for the week prior to Memorial Day and our vacation was heavenly. The description and pictures of the condo are 100% accurate. Location of the unit to the parking spot is very convenient. Location of the building to the bridge and boardwalk can’t be beat (Waze took us right exiting the bridge to Talbot street toward the condo, this was a great shortcut and we avoided the traffic of the main strip!). It was so nice to come back from the chaos of the boardwalk and peacefully watch the boats and sunsets while enjoying dinner on the huge balcony. We even saw dolphins from the balcony, which was exciting and unexpected. Communication with Katie was easy and quick. We highly recommend this condo. You won’t be disappointed.

Close by the hurly burly of ocean city boardwalk, but also far away from the noise and crowds. Relax on the balcony and watch the boats leaving the inlet to fish on the bay. Bring your binoculars to spy on the water birds diving for dinner, and on the small boardwalk watch very patient fishermen. Thrashers fries, the beach and shops are steps away. Clean and comfy condo is exactly as described. We will return.

We had a great stay on the bayside. Nice sunsets, bird watching and relaxing on the big patio. Close to many things open, even in the off season. Easy walk to the boardwalk even with beach chairs and gear. Very nice place that is completely stocked with everything you need!

Beautiful condo on the bay! Great time as always in OCMD! Condo is clean, updated and pretty.. Watching the sunsets from the balcony on the bay is my favorite .. there is always plenty to do even in off season..We went to the new Spanish wine bar/ restaurant a few blocks down, and had a fabulous meal! Of course you can’t be in Oc on St Patrick’s Day and not hit up Shenanigans with some fun bag pipers and Irish music..Secrets still fun and this time we did the speakeasy distillery tour( so fun!) Captain’s Table and Harrison’s Harbor watch still amazing as well.. When we arrived home My husband realized he forgot his Boston Scully cap in the Condo , and Katie was gracious enough to send back to us! Very sweet and kind .. do not hesitate to book this very cute/pretty condo on the bay in a great walking location!

Our long weekend at the beach with friends was amazing! This condo is fantastic! Just like the pictures. Clean and neat. We stayed in and cooked several times - the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was easy and she responded immediately. Can't wait for next year!!

Staying at this condo was very enjoyable. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. We had stayed here for many years before it was renovated and I have to say Katie did a great job. We will definitely be back. You cannot beat the location or the view.

The property was beautiful with a beautiful view but I am fully handicapped and couldn't access the bathrooms too small unable to get wheelchair or walker in bathrooms. I think u need to fix your filters. Also construction in building going on and was very noisy at 8 am with jackhammering construction Crete. The host Katie a good person I accidentally left my hair dryers and straightener and she sent them back to me. Which was greatly appreciated had a Good time despite the cold chilly weather it was my birthday weekend .

We finally found a yearly place to rent that suited everyone in our small group to include a fisherman, a walker, a home body and one that fits all categories. It felt like home away from home and Katie was an exceptional host to communicate with before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend this rental.

It was truly a enjoyable stay at this property. Above all it was clean! The owner was responses throughout the entire process. The one or two small items that needed attention were handled in a responsible and timely manner. The neighbors (owners and renters) were very friendly. The view on to the bay is spectacular. It is away for the city noise and traffic. Look forward to future stays here.

Katie was very responsive and helpful. The condo was a perfect location for us. We enjoyed coffee on the large balcony every morning while watching the boats, people fishing on the pier and dolphins! Within walking distance of the boardwalk and local restaurants and a mini mart with anything you may need.

Second year staying in this condo. We love the views of the bay and beautiful decor of the condo. The location is ideal as it has many restaurants in walking distance and unlimited shopping one bridge away in very close proximity. Katie very attentive and on top of anything we needed.

We took my parents to Ocean City for their first ever vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was great, as it was close to everything we wanted to do , and the room itself was beautiful and well equipped. Communication with the hosts were fantastic as well for the stay! 10/10 .
