Proximity to the beach

View of trash and debris strewn vacant lot with the ocean beyond. We were refused a refund although we left after only one night. The AC was very weak and was not sufficient to adequately cool the room. We left early due to the disappointing property conditions. The price was very low so we learned a lesson on this one. The pictures of the property are deceiving however.

The location was brillant. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice :)

Good location minutes to the sea! Just behind Magnolia cottages, where if you eat or buy a drink they will let you use their pool. Deluxe room was large with a good bed and great aircon. For the price it’s really good value and staff very helpful.

Firstly location, very near to the beach, rooms are very big in size ,neat and clean, gallery makes these rooms even awesome

Nothing to dislike No restaurant at the hotel But they are providing tea, brekfast as on demand And restaurant is just 100 ft away

There was fungal smell in the room.

The staff is really kind and 260 mts there is a beach where you can bath. The room is pretty big and comfortable. Good breakfast!

They said it was a room with sea view and it was not. From the first floor it is not possible to have a good view. When we entered to the room there was a mustiness.
