Nice apartment with good ventilation

The bathroom area is too small

The apartment was pleasant. It was bright and cheerfully decorated and everything worked well. Everything was very clean. It was very well located. The neighbors seemed to have made an effort to be quiet once they realized someone was there. There were only 25 stairs. It looks like the pictures.

As others have mentioned, the bathroom was narrow, but I am larger than average and I had no problem. The toilet and sink area are perhaps comparable to those in a train or plane. The shower area is average size. From the outside the building doesn't look too promising compared to other charming buildings on the street. The neighbors' terrace is very close and they can see right into the apartment, but closing the curtains darkens the room. There is no closet or wardrobe, although there is room for a small one. However, none of these shortcomings were a problem for me.

Clean, organised, perfect location in the centre

The bathroom really is super small. Neighbours were sometimes loud, but never during the night.

I like everything in the house

The neighbour always have parties, but our other neighbour shout at them. But the rest in the context of the apartment is totally perfect in my opinion.

- Quiet location: not reachable by traffic noise, total silence at night - Excellent firm bed - Free from unnecessary decorations or antique furniture (not obvious from the photos) - Fridge was relatively quiet, despite the hot weather. Nice to see a property which doesn't block air circulation at the back of the fridge. - The window to northeast. Not too dark and not too hot at the same time.

A number of small issues which can be improved: - Hot water functions weirdly (we haven't figured out how to take a shower and not get a cold pause in the middle) - The instruction on how to get to the appartment was not clear enough: I could never imagine that "a staircaise entrance in the courtyard" actually means "a door under the entrance arch, only 4 metres away from the main entrance". - Construction noises from the courtyard from 07:00 until around 17:00. - The only kitchen pot was way to small for 2 people. - The kitchen top is made of thin steel, very difficult to cut anything hard on it. - The oven was dirty.

Location, check in

The apartment was extremely dirty. Not just something that would have been missed when cleaning: shaved hair from someone on drawers, hair and filth on floors and shower, dirt on stove, a thick layer of dust on all kinds of things and also kitchen appliances, dirty silverware, the list goes on. There is a light with 4 lightbulbs in the room- only one worked. It was very clear this “apartment” has not been cleaned or visited for a long time. I documented everything on video- the photos attached do not do it’s status justice

Central location to the innercity, a 5 minute walk to the mainplaza and next to a grovery store. Kitchen available plus kettle, microwave oven, and basic cookwear/utensils. Bathroom and all else was very clean.

The window has direct view to all neighbors, not a quiet area.
