They double booked us, sent us to a crap motel across town. We booked a 2 bedroom cabin and we’re put in a tiny room.

The cabin was really nice with a fantastic kitchen in an absolutely beautiful place. The sound of the rushing, snowmelt-fed river just outside our door was amazing.

We were lied to about the wifi. There was no working wifi in our cabin. There was also zero cellphone reception in our location so no chance to use a hotspot. We were literally cut off from the outside world. If this is what you want, then go for it, but I cannot do that because I need a constant connection for work. When I asked the manager about it, he simply shrugged and told me I would have to deal with it. If, however, they had been honest about it in the first place, I would never have chosen to stay here because no wifi is literally a show-stopper for me.

Location was great, little play ground for kids, able to grill and cook meals, really enjoyed the swing on Porch.

There wasn’t any A/C but the evenings cooled off

Very quiet and peaceful. Liked having a screen in porch with a porch swing inside. Plus the river was right outside which was nice to sit by. Close to the Rocky Mountain National Park and also downtown.

On side of the queen bed was up against the wall so that person had to climb out of the bed, they could have taken the side table out moved the bed to center of wall and put a couple of shelves on wall each side, so both people could get out of bed easier.

The furnace wasn't working on the main floor..it was pretty chilly

The location was great for our trip into Rocky Mountain National Park. Beth was super helpful. It was so relaxing to sit by the river and have a beverage after a long day of hiking. Very quiet at night. Would definitely go back!!

No shampoo, hair dryer or coffee. No biggie. Just would have been nice.
