In the whole apartment no any window to open.
No any fresh air possible to enter the room,
Impossible to ventilate
Very small kitchen to prepare food
Pool and spa are for extra payment (80 lari for person per day)

every thing was great , very good location near the drunk cherry its the best bar and and restaurant over there and exactly in front of the grandola,about the apartments we was 3 persons it was comfortable the service is very good, they made our vacation better

When we arrived at Block 4, we were told that our accommodation had been changed to alternative building (Atrium)
Atrium provided two 1 bedroom rooms instead of a 2 bedroom apartment
Rooms were NOT cleaned prior to arrival, actually they were very dirty :(
No soap, toiletries, etc was provided - had to go to shop and purchase before being able to have a shower after a long drive
Paying in cash is not a good idea as reception refused to accept the cash on behalf of booking manager, this caused a lot of confusion as well as effort to get sorted out.

In a great position right in the centre of New Gudauri. Lovely and spacious with everything you need. Had a problem with the door lock which was fixed quickly. Great communication from the owners.
No external light as skylight was covered in snow.

Well set up apartment with comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. Has all the required amenities.
Perfect location, just a minute walk from the ski lift and the conviene to bars and eateries in new Gudauri.
The host are very easy to deal with, they have arranged taxi service on my request.
Everything was just perfect.

Beautiful and clean apartment. Comfy and warm beds. Good lighting and all necessary toiletries available. Block is right Infront of the cable car station and there's a really good supermarket nearby.
Check-in was difficult as there was no one at the building and the number provided on the reservation was out of reach. Check-in procedure and available countact number should be mentioned in the fine print of reservation. Wasted 30minutes running here and there to get the keys. Area is still under development to nothing much to see around
