Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most of our stay was good, but our condo is in dire need of remodeling. The furniture is old and some of it broken. We did not sit at the dining room table for fear that the chairs would break. The mattresses were way too soft and the master bed was way too high off the ground. The worst part of our week was we couldn’t use the balcony much due to people below us smoking pot on their balcony. Due to all of this we will probably look for another property to stay at next year.

We had a great stay. Condo was very clean, beach and pool were great! No issues. Would book again if we return to the area!

The balcony is huge and we spent a lot of evenings on it. The side view was peaceful but we missed our front views. The unit is across the street from a few restaurants, but most are 10 mins away either toward Clearwater or Redington Beach. Easy access to car and beach and pool!

It was ready when we got there which was a big plus. Loved the unit and it not having a lot of units. I think 23 or so. Place was clean but could have used a good dusting. You did smell cleaning liquid as you walked in

The only problem for us was the bedroom that had two double beds seem to be sunk in the middle and my son woke up with a terrible back ache every morning. Also the bedrooms were extremely warm . Besides that we really enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year for our third vacation with them .

The lighting is nice however no woman has ever tried to apply makeup in the bathrooms. 🥺 There was a draining problem in the bathrooms that was reported to property management. The master shower was great, only one shower head worked which was a little disappointing. Beds were nice, a little soft; understandable that everyone has their preference for a mattress. The kitchen was well stocked, there was nothing we needed and couldn’t find other than a pair of scissors 😆. There was plenty of towels for the week for 6 people and the washing machine and dryer were great. There were only 2 trash bags provided for the week and 2 rolls of TP, so we had to purchase these items unexpectedly. We loved the fact the gates were locked and opened only by code, however the code to enter the elevator lobby is clearly visible to anyone who may wish to enter. Pool was very clean and refreshing, great access to the beach. Lots of great access to local shopping. The area was great, wonderful location. We walked to ice cream and dinner. Highly recommend IRB Creamery and TJ’s Italian Cafe. We easily went to Clearwater and John’s Pass.

The living area was larger than expected and all bedrooms were good size. Even though it wasn't beach front, the balcony offered a beautiful view of the beach and had plenty of seating for all 6 of us. The house didn't have any tissues, paper towels or napkins when we arrived so we made an evening trip to the store - it didn't ruin our stay but basic supplies would have been nice. We also purchased 2 beach chairs since the items at the condo were in rough shape.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was very nice and the people staying there were so friendly. The red tide was a bummer as we couldn’t enjoy the beach. But we will come back!!

Overall nice place to stay. The decor was nice and wasn’t a beach theme. Beach and pool out back and close to a few eateries within walking distance. Would stay again.
