Staff was very helpful and friendly Rooms was regularly cleaned and washrooms were also very clean.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was too kind and cooperative.The room was clean and beautiful. Bathroom was neat and clean. Staff was cooperative and ready to help us always.

Nothing! Dirtiest room I have ever booked in my life.
Literally rooms were stinking with cigarette smoke
Toilets were yuk, no words to explain. We had to change our room again.
They took 200 more than the online price, mentioning they are giving a better room, nonsense.
When asked for a freshener, they said they don't have
Bedsheet and pillows were stinking
Too hard bed.
Not for a person who would want to take a nap.
Also, they have baat attached, which is not shown in the photos. Increase, they have put a fake photo, kind of cheating customers.
This is meant for people who can't go back to their house after drinking..

The manager and staff are very friendly. They even give discounts during our 8 days stay. Restaurants near are also good.

The location was near to the destination, hence we could reach in time.Cab was easily available.
Location and hotel eminities not suitable for family. Rooms are not clean. Towels vert dirty. Bathroom not clean. We asked to clean room and change bedsheets. Spiders and cockroaches all around the room. Toilets not clean enough. Exhaust and ceiling fans making sounds. Difficult to find entrance and lift is too smelling and dirty.
