The property was perfectly located next to the highway, near disney and, parks, restaurants right there. As well as a Publix.

This property was excellent. Very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. It fit our family of 4 well and my chihuahua was welcomed by everyone also. It was safe and quiet. Close to everything we needed and the amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed the pool, gameroom, shop, and bar. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property.

This condo is very comfortable and matched the listing. High ceilings make it feel very spacious and ceiling fans in every room keep it comfortable without having to run the central air constantly. The furniture and bedding is very comfortable and while were only here for one night, I don't doubt this would be great for a longer stay as well. Checking in at the guardhouse when we arrived was smooth and Google got us right to the condo. The owner Mark reaponded quickly to my messages and was very friendly
I was a little put off when I was told about the "no shoes inside" policy AFTER I had booked and feel like this should be mentioned in the listing, along with all other policies the owner had in place. But even given that, I'd probably stay again because it was reasonably priced, clean and well furnished.

Beautiful week with my family. This is a very clean, comfortable and beautiful unit. The clubhouse has a lot of amenities. Will definitely stay again.

Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable! This place had everything that we needed for our weekend trip. It was clean, the beds and couches were comfortable and we also really liked the community. With the pool and other amenities were just a short walk away. Also, the back area to walk our dog was super convenient, bringing our dog along is important to us, the home and community made us feel welcome to have him there.
The only thing I'd like to mention to future renters is that parking gets filled up at night. This is not at all any fault to the homeowners just something for others renters to be ready for. There is over flow parking just a short walk away though.
Mark was fantastic with communication and we really enjoyed our stay.
Highly recommend to stay here!!!

Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place near Disney and all mayor attractions, you will feel right at home, super clean and lots of space! LOVE IT!!!!

We were disappointed, there was no greeting packet with information on the resort and amenities and times available. There was also no sign of Christmas at all. We expected something for our child. The place is roomy enough, but needs a lot of updating, painting, the toilet seat needs replacing in one bathroom, it is awful. Furniture is totally uncomfortable. We love the location, it is very convenient and we try to stay in that area every time we come. We still managed to have a great vacation.

I was thrilled with the property we rented from Mark. Property was very close to Disney parks. The property was immaculate. If you ever need a place close to Disney, this is the place.

Let me start by mentioning that I usually don't write reviews but the description is very deceiving which defaults in bad reviews because it creates false expectations.
... MODERN, AWARD WINNING, GORGEOUS is really a misleading overated announcement

.safe and quite area, close to parks, nicely painted and decorated, spacious specially both closets and master bedroom
Cons
. modern... far from it, all furniture is updated from the TV to the furniture, extremely old and dusty
. renovated... maybe the paint and the kitchen-laundry appliances ,the rest very outdated and in bad shape, master bed needs to be fix
. gorgeous maybe the decoration and the pictures taken to show the property
. cleanliness: extremally dusty from the fans ( seems months passed without cleaning ) --- to the all the bed covers, the sofa bed ... that sofa cover has not been washed in decades... the smell when we entered that house was peculiar, not clean but humid and old
. bathrooms outdated, shower and hardware in general were old, cabinetry is old , damaged, outdated
. towels extremely worn and bad, my dogs have better towels
. should mention to guests to bring their personal soap, shampoo...
. first time that im asked to take shoes offf

Everything was very comfortable and pleasant. We had a happy time. I just wanted to let you know that the central air conditioning of the property does not cool and the shower in the bathroom is NOT safe, it is not with its proper support. Everything else was perfect! 😁

What was not welcoming was when I was asked to not wear my shoes inside right as we were getting ready to leave. It’s not my own home, so walking barefoot or in my socks was not an option. The floor was not cleaned because there was still dirty streaks on the floor, so to ask your guests not to wear shoes was a bit too much, especially at the last minute. It was also difficult to use the bathroom because of the musky smell in the bathroom, smells like mold. You could not see it, but the smell was strong. It was a bit disgusting. A bathroom renovation is highly needed with a note that says, please use fan during shower to avoid mold buildup. Then there was the flies. Flies all over the place. I was ready to go back home after day 2.

Nice property. We didn’t do any of the parks but they are very close by. However, getting to anything that is not a park is a bit more difficult as everything seems to take over 30 mins or more to reach. The place itself needs a little updating and a few more household essentials (dishwashing liquid, sponge etc) would have been great.
If you are going to the parks, great place.

Good location. Nice clubhouse and pool. The sheets in the pull out bed in the couch appeared to have dried blood on them. We liked the condo, it worked out well for us! Mark was very responsive!

It was ok. The sheets were thin and the towels were very dingy and worn. It was sufficient for what we needed. We didn’t use the kitchen so I don’t know if was stocked well or not.

Upon arrival it appeared to be a decent place little outdated. The tv in the guest room did not work, upon opening up the living room sofa bed i found a pair of dirty socks, and after two nights of my son sleeping on the pull out i saw a large brown stain on the mattress which had been covered by a mattress pad. It was absolutely disgusting! We had placed our garbage in the outside bench that the building has next to each unit and found our trash all over the floor in the morning!! I informed the owners and was given an apology and was told they had to “investigate”? Pics of this place will fool you, be aware!

Disney Bound
Renting this property both times has been easy. Condo is clean and exactly as shown. Property is secure and great for furry friends, too. The only downside is having two cars at the security gate is a pain. Security seems to understand but the system doesn’t. Great proximity to Disney.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. It’s in a great location with access to everything. The apartment is clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated & quiet. The owners provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. I love that both bathrooms have bathtubs too since I’m a bath girl. The owners provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. I love that both bathrooms have bathtubs too since I’m a bath girl. Very very clean! Close to alot of stores and restaurants. Not far from Universal Studios. Check In/Check Out process was simple. Very nice neighborhood. I loved it.
