Hermosa villa de 4 dormitorios con piscina privada. La cubierta de la piscina ofrece mucho espacio para tomar el sol y tiene un área con sombra en caso de que necesite refrescarse. Tenga en cuenta que actualmente no hay calentador de piscina disponible.
El salón ofrece asientos para ver la televisión. En la parte delantera de la villa se encuentra otra zona de estar y una gran mesa de comedor. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todas las necesidades para cocinar como si estuviera en casa. Lavadora y secadora se encuentran en la sala de lavandería. El garaje se puede utilizar para aparcar. El camino circular grande permite estacionar varios autos, incluyendo un remolque con bote.

Los tres dormitorios de invitados constan de un dormitorio de matrimonio y dos cuartos con dos camas individuales. The house was not cleaned at all and needs a major deep clean including the carpets to be torn up and or very much professionally cleaned, the towels had yellow stuff all on them, not to mention there is a leak in the living room near the garage, the place was infested with ants, spiders and roaches to the point I was bitten in bed by a roach while I was sleeping and living in Florida I can tell you I have never seen bigger roaches then I did here… the ants are one thing but the minute we shut lights off to go to bed there we’re coming out of everywhere….. that place needs to be shut down until major repairs are done there… the manager we spoke to was amazing though and he did move us and that place thankfully was not infested with roaches and was much cleaner than the other even though the cleaner did forget to vacuum all the rooms but we did that and the pool was very green but at least I was not bitten by any roaches this time… we thank the manager for helping us out for sure he was a pleasure to work with

As stated in other reviews the place is a little dated, but it was nice clean and had everything we needed for a family vacation. Neighborhood was quiet, it was a short drive to many attractions and perfect for day trips. The pool and hot tub were nice to come back to for a relaxing evening after the days activities.

Property needs a deep clean top to bottom. Including possible painting and carpet replacement. Pest control issue needs to be resolved. Issues with ants and spiders inside the home.

House was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. House was clean and we had plenty of room for our group.

This rental is very spacious and was totally clean. The pans and knives were in excellent condition and the kitchen was only missing measuring spoons. The mattresses were in great shape and the HVAC controlled the temperature exact to the setting. The circular driveway makes multiple cats easy. Yes, some of the decor is dated and furniture is not new but other positives make this a non issue. We did have a few ants and we did suggest pest control. When in the area, our group will stay there again.

We stayed here a few times since it is 5 minutes from my grandmothers home. The house is always clean and the owner is always available for questions. Perfect place that is big enough for my large family.

So Much Space

Home was nice but needs updating, shower heads were all full of calcium buildup and wouldn’t work well, pool was freezing, interior desperately needs painting, towels were cheap, NO TV in bedrooms and the LR one couldn’t get the volume to work.
